My complaint is regarding Scribes **** not sending me my Fundamental Payroll Certification in a timely manner. I ordered the certification on Oct. 24, 2022, and about 4 weeks later I noticed I had not received my certification. I called Scribes **** on Nov. 18, 2022, at ************. And spoke to ***** and she informed me that the lapel pins were on back order and I should receive my order on or around Dec. 11, 2022. I asked ***** what is the normal turnaround time to receive the lapel pin and certificate and she said 2 weeks. I said to her it has been almost a month and I did not receive any email or notice of the delay. I called again on Dec. 12, 2022, and ***** was not in the office. The representative said to call back on tomorrow. I called back on Dec. 13, 2022, and spoke to ***** and I asked if she could just send the certification letter. She said she could. So on today 12-19-22, I spoke to ***** again. She informed me that president *********************** stop her from sending out the certification. She said he has to okay the request. I called the **************************** which I paid for the fees for to test and training. *** uses Scribes **** to send certificates to candidates that pass the test. I spoke to ****** at the *** and I asked her if she was aware of the back orders of the lapel pins and certificates. She said that she was not aware and she sent a message to her supervisor. I am waiting to hear from **************************** to be a part of responding to and resolving this issue.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I did receive my Fundamental Payroll Certificate via US mail, but I have not been told by Scribes when I will receive the lapel pin. So until I receive the lapel pin this case will still be open.
