Date of Service of 01/15/2024.I saw my regular physician and it was processed through insurance as an out of network visit to Advent Maternal Health.I asked the office and was told that happened sometimes and to dispute the claim. The insurance company told me it was processed correctly. They said it needed to be corrected by the provider.I followed up with the office and was told that because the *** said deductible they didn't push this further, but it says it is out of network. my husband pass away on jan 8 2022 ,he was very ** .he had good insurance we gave them all the insurance info from medcare and antna and i was on a 3 way line with them . said everything good you owe nothing case closed. now they started sending me a bill for ****** ive been calling back telling them he owes nothing. its been paid , im not well dealing with breast canser and keep getting nastey letter from them to paid this. please help me close this out. its very painful getting this bill and he not here and it was paid threw his insurane over a year ago threw a supervisiorCustomer response
