I made a purchase from the Elf Creek Games website on September 7th 2024. I asked a question about the order on September 8th. I did not receive a reply back, so I sent another email on September 9th asking when the order will ship. After no reply, I sent another email on September 11th asking the same question. No reply. I then reached out to ******* that actually ships the games for Elf Creek since their product goes to their warehouse. ******* said they are still awaiting the orders so they can ship. At least two employees have reached out to Elf Creek Games asking to release the orders so they can ship them. Days later, no reply from Elf Creek. I have the emails of the conversations between ******* and I discussing my order and how they need the orders from Elf Creek Games before they can send them out, and how Elf Creek Games has not responded to them. I paid $149 for the two board games, ***** **** ****** *** ***** **** **** ****** ******* I would like to have them fulfill my order. If they cannot send my games, I want my money refunded because I feel I have been taken advantage of. After reading online posts from others, this is not the first time this has happened. I have my sent emails that have gone unanswered as evidence. I also reached out to ***** *******, the President of Elf Creek Games on ***** **** **** via message, I've reached out on ********* via direct message since Sep 9th up to today, without a reply. I've reached out to Elf Creek Games on *********** with one reply on the 17th from ***** ******* saying they will send out my order ASAP. I replied back to ***** on *********** 4x after that reply without a followup on when the order will ship. Radio silence the whole way. I even reached out to one of his team members on ***** **** **** in regards to my order. Nothing! If the warehouse that handles the orders cannot get a reply from them, what is left? They took my money and I want my order or my money back.
