Multiple unauthorized and unexplained "late" charges were inappropriately applied to my account. Multiple email requests for clarification were met with non responses or questions that when I answered them led to more non responses. Despite payments "on account" to show goodwill, Flatrate continued to apply unauthorized "late" charges, even on top of amounts that they forgot to process after it was authorized. so "late" charges were continuously added on top of "late" charges. An offer to pay a portion of the amount to resolve the issue was first accepted and then withdrawn by Flatrate without explanation. The last month of services was charged despite no service provided. All of these issues, and more not mentioned here, have led to termination of services. This request is for support in cancellation of last invoice that consists of Flatrate's incorrect perception that there is an outstanding balance. Email support documents available upon as well. As per BB complaints terms, I hereby request to not publish my information on any online platfrom / social medias etc. thank you in advance for your understanding and consideration of my application. .Business response
