Ive Contacted this body shop ************* located at ********************************************** ** to repair my vehicle from a car accident that took place February 3rd, 2023. I took them a check along with my vehicle that my insurance gave me to repair my car on March 4th 2023 of $2,700. They were informed the day off drop off that my check engine light came on due to accident and it needed to be fixed as well as my front bumper. My insurance noted in the paper work that I had to give to the body shop that they would need pictures and receipts of everything that was done to my vehicle. O gave them that paper work and check March 4th. The body shop agreed to take the job per those requests. A supplement was needed for my vehicle ( more parts were needed) , in the need of $2,300. That request was submitted to my insurance and the insurance approved it, but they requested in order for the supplement to be mailed out, receipts were needed as proof that the parts were ordered. The body shop demanded the check first stating how could they order parts with no check. I asked my insurance if I gave them the $2,300 would I be able to get my money back and they told me I will when the body shop provides receipts. They never provided receipts as requested since the first check which was in the paper work. This body shop failed to properly fix my vehicle, returned my car back to me with an check engine light on, and wont provide me the 21 receipts of the 21 parts they were supposed to put on my vehicle. Not only did they tell me that they would provide receipts, it was attached to the paperwork they received from my insurance, and they had the opportunity to say there that they were turning down the job because they dont provide receipts. They gave me receipts to about 6 parts they put on my vehicle and are refusing to give me the rest as well as properly fixing my vehicle.
