      ON FEB 28 2024. I ************************* TOOK MY DAUGHTER ***************************, CAR TO K&S AUTO SHOP TO GET DIAGNOSE AND REPAIRED. THE OWNER ****************** GAVE US A PRICE TO FIX THE PROBLEMS ON THE VEHICL OF A 2016 ***********. WE PAID THE MONEY THE CAR ISN'T FIX. WE'VE BEEN TAKING THE CAR BACK UP THERE ONLY TO BE CHARGE MORE MONEY AN THE PROBLEM STILL ISN'T RESOLVED. I'M SURE WE'RE NOT THEE ONLY ONE'S I WOULD LIKE HELP TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK

      I have been working together with Mrs ******* ******** at all times, we have explain all the issues and try to be as clear as possible. Car was brought in for engine replacement but after a diagnose car was not showing any problem with the engine it self wich i explain to Mrs. ******* and i recommendad we will remove engine and do a overhaul on all gaskets timing belt water pump thermostat, oil, oil filters air filters new spark plugs and most of the engine accessories components like valve cover gasket front main and rear main seal and a engine flush. Job was completed we test drove the we did not had any issues, we gave back to Mrs.******* ******** and a 3 weeks month later calls me and saids car is having overheating issues i told her immediately bring it back so we can check it, she brought back and the cooling fans was not working and its was making it over heat, we did not charge any labor i decided to cover the labor and have her just paid for the cooling fan assembaly because that was not included in the first job. We give back the car to Mrs ******* doughter she calls me back with in 3 or four days and saids her car is stoping and leaking antifreeze i said to her no problem i will pick it up from your house and see whats goin on. Pick up the car brought to shop and the after diagnoses we see that radiator was 80% clugged after seen it, i ask has any antifreeze thats not correct for vehicle been added and they said yes so came out to the conclusion that the radiator had clugged do to different antifreeze mixture had corroded and clugged radiator change the radiator at no cost nether part or labor Mrs ******* txt me she was upset that the car was not stop over heating so i told her i will replace radiator and drive the car for 1 to 2 hours and verify no more over heating and thats what we did and car has not overheating anymore since sept 5 2024 so her issue was resolve then I received the notice of complaint and got in contact with Mrs ******* ******** and ask her how was everything she said good and i kindly ask if she can talk to her mom that i have been always on contact and helping resolve the issue that where not all cause by the same reason and she respond in a txt that Mrs ******* wanted to wait until car was running good and she will remove complaint. And we are working closely with Mrs. ******* doughter on any part that was replace by us if it giving any issues and we have never left her alone and being helpful as much as we can sincerely **** ****
