I placed an order with the company on January 21.. it said **** business days to receive . I have yet to receive the purchase order of ***** that I ordered. I sent 3 emails and even a ******** message. Message on ******** was seen but no one replied.. order number ****..Business response

Ordered online via website but never received item. Unable to contact seller via multiple outlets. ****** reviews show lots of other people who have the same complaint. I believe they are taking peoples money and never owing them the items (I spent $40+)Initial Complaint

I placed an order for cookies in the amount of ***** on my credit card. This occurred on 1/23/2022. The website says to please allow for **** days for delivery. Today is 2/25/2022 and I have not received an order nor have I received any communication on it at all since the confirmation I received on 1/23/2022. I called their contact number on 1/26, 1/28, 2/2, 2/7 and today which is 2/25. I never get an answer and have left messages. There is no way to communicate with them via their website. I went to their ******** page on2/7/2022 and I sent an Instant Message asking for status on my order. Someone responded and said they are experiencing delays. I followed up and asked for an ETA and suggested they communicate this on their website. I never got a reply nor have I received the products. I called my bank, Credit One, to see if they can cancel the transaction. They told me that I have to communicate with the vendor first and that it would take 90 days for them to refund the charge after an investigation. Not acceptable as Crockett cookies does not communicate with me nor do they respond to phone calls or instant messages.
