I was scammed into this home warranty protection service . Not only are we paying well above market cost monthly for service but I never received any contract info in writing and when I try to reach them to file a claim you can not get answers or call backs . There are numerous complaints filed and I will be attempting to cancel and stop all future payments which they deduct automatically from our account.Review from Stacey P

Companies using Mepco allow their employees to access credit card numbers, expiration dates, and CVC security codes saved in their databases. Mepco does not enforce and ensure PPI compliance for the safety of your methods of payment. I have personal knowledge of this.If you do business with a company that uses Mepco, your complete credit card information is available to their employees. Terrible! Signed up for it and she said it was a one time payment for a year. Then they started taking payments monthly. What a scam! I canceled and waiting to hear from them. Pisses me off these companies are getting away with this crap!Mepco Response

I’ve been trying to cancel a policy with them for weeks…they say you have to write a letter but are willing to give you no assistance with canceling. I’ve never used the policy at all, and I’ve been trying to cancel since a week after I got it when I realized I didn’t need it. It’s been over a week since I wrote this letter they just had to have yet we’re still getting charges taken off our card. Absolute worst customer service with the rudest people I’ve ever spoken with. They will take your money and be nice and cordial until you’re having any kind of issue!Mepco Response

I think they are a rip off company i had canceled my service 4days before my next bill and they still charge my account and said they don't gave refunds back , I didn't authorize them to take another month out. They don't provide the service for my car it's not worth paying ******Mepco Response

This company is a scam. I have been calling all day trying to cancel this ********** when i call from my cell they call right back stating i have to call from my home number to cancel. Call from home number & not one call returned. They are a full on ************* I will be contacting my bank to have them blocked from getting another payment. Oh & they have restricted the online access so i will be sending in a termination letter..i will be calling the claims line & the fake line with the ** answering everyday until this is resolved..BEWARE THEY ARE A SCAMMepco Response

This company is *****. They try to get your money when it comes to coverage of your vehicle. They don't wanna pay please. I want nobody to get any coverage from this company because this company they are a liars. They don't do the coverage for you. They just take your money when it comes to get the pay, they don't pay. I have 2018 GMC one of the misfire cylinder and they don't wanna pay because they give you some kind of excuses for you not maintenance the car carbon maintenance for every 3000 mile changing oil and they want you for one year. That's why I'm not satisfying with this ******** of this company this company they are only ripoff Scam.
