This company did loan me money and I was making the payments on time. I lost my job which I informed them about and they seemed to be ok with that. I got a new job and informed them immediately so I could start my payments again and then they started emailing me everyday about the payments and even threatened to have me arrested because I missed one. And even told me that the officer would be by my house while I was talking to them. I lived in fear of someone coming to arrest me. When I finally told them that enough was enough it was funny they have not contacted me at all in over 3 months. I still get nervous when someone knocks at my door. But I have saved all emails from their so-called attorney and have the threats in writing from them. They are a huge scam. I only borrowed ****** and paid them well over a thousand back and they still said I owed almost 2 grand more.

This company tells you whatever amount you get, once you pay on it you can continue to borrow. I've made 3 payments with still no available credit. Just told today that each payment I make only goes towards interest and fees not the credit amount and they can't tell you what day your payments go towards the actual loan. Please please find another loan company. Speedy cash or payday loans are way better than this.

CashNetUSA are crooks! I can see why they are banned in some states and should be completely shut down! I wouldn't leave them one star if I could help it. Not once did anyone tell me that my payments will increase overtime and I didn't even see that happen until after I made my first payment to them. If I would have known my payments would have increased TRIPLE after my first payment, I would've never accepted the loan because I cannot afford it. They prey on middle and lower class, and everyone is struggling to pay bills. I didn't get anything showing that my payments would increase until after everything was done and I can understand why they did that because that's how they get you and I definitely learned a very hard ******* So please people out there don't use this company unless you can afford it, but I wouldn't use them anyway because that's wrong what they did and they keep getting away with it. I don't understand that. I am very disappointed in CASH NET USA!!  

I DO NOT HAVE A LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY. I am being harassed by CashNetUSA every day. I get. A phone call and they leave a voicemail. I have NEVER done any business with them and really resent their phone calls. I am not going to call their number because they are a scam. Please do something.  

Cashnet is a fraud. You ****** $300 and pay back over $1,500 a bunch of crooks. 

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE listen to the people here on reviews. I'm going through with them now. The more payments I make toward balance, the more the balance accumulate. The people are predatory. I legit was drowning in interest and they'd call me 10 times a day everyday. Like I couldn't get away from them I just couldn't. They made my life a living h*** and basically took half my check every two weeks. So I didn't have a chance to pay anything else I needed to pay. 

CashNetUSA is a loan company that doesn't work within the guidelines of the Loan Protection Act. They prey on the lower and middle class consumers. They offered fifteen percent interest rates on a $2000.00 loan for me. I applied and received a text stating I was declined with reason stated not enough money in my checking account. Then I received another text stating they were depositing money into my account in the amount of $2000.00. I received a payment agreement in a text, stating my payment would be as follows: for the loan of $2000.00 I would pay $668.00 per month for 3 months . Being on a fixed income these payment arrangements were not affordable for me. I called in to discuss new payment arrangements and learned that high interest rates are being applied daily until the payment date. I was offered the following payment agreement for a $2000.00 loan: to pay $668.00 with $400.00 monthly broken $200.00 biweekly and the balance due is $268.00 which is applied to the next month's bill. This arrangement can only be made if I call two business days prior to the payment date. If I fail to do so I will be required to make a $668.00 payment, these are the terms I was offered, I requested a $400.00 regular month payment until the loan was paid in full. CashNetUSA takes away their clients' dignity and attempts to destroy their credit and places them in financial hardship for very small amounts of money. When they offer loans at a high interest this makes predatory lenders.   

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES!!! THEY ARE THE WORST FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO NOT UPDATE ACCOUNTS TO REFLECT PAYMENTS OR DEBTOR STATUS. WHEN ATTEMPTS ARE MADE TO CONTACT THEIR OFFICE VIA EMAIL THEY WILL BLOCK CUSTOMER EMAIL ADDRESSES. 

The *** fees are higher than the loan amount. They'll loan you $1000, then they'll apply a *** fee that's $1200+ and plus the max interest on the whole amount. Which would be about $2500+. Avoid these greedy guys if u can. Hopefully our government can act on them soon enough. Unbelievable that they can get away with fleecing people already going through a difficult time.
