PURCHASED CHRISTMAS LIGHTS ON 11/13/2022, HALF THE STRING DID NOT LIGHT. LOOKED UP THE RETURN POLICY ONLINE, ATTEMPTED TO GO TO THE NEAREST FAMILY DOLLAR FOR A REFUND AND WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER ON 11/17/2022 AT 8:30AM, THAT I HAD TO RETURN THEM TO WHERE I PURCHASED THEM FROM. TOOK AN UBER TO THE ORIGINAL LOCATION, WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER THE **** WAS FINAL SALE, THEN AFTER SHOWING THE MANAGER THE DISPLAY IS NOT MARKED FINAL SALE, AND EXPLAINING TO HER I LOOKED UP THE RETURN POLICY BEFORE I CAME, WAS TOLD I COULD NOT GET A REFUND BECAUSE A BOX OF CHRISTMAS LIGHTS IS ELECTRONIC, WHICH IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN WHAT YOUR RETURN POLICY STATES ON YOUR WEBSITE. THE MANAGERS AT BOTH LOCATIONS WERE EXTREMELY RUDE AND THE SECURITY GUARD, HIS PRESENCE WAS SO DISTURBING AND FELT THREATENING TO ME AS IM STANDING HERE ARGUING WITH THE MANAGER SHAFFON ABOUT RETURNING MY MONEY TO MY CARD FOR CHRISTMAS LIGHTS, I LEFT THE STORE AGAIN WITH CHRISTMAS LIGHTS THAT DO NOT WORK.4 BOXES OF LIGHTS $32.00 SPENT IN UBER AND STILL CANT DECORATE MY CHRISTMAS TREEE
