Spoke to **** (apparently manager of A to Z Electric Co.) to schedule an estimate for work to be done at my property.She confirmed a 9:00am appt. for today with her electrician (*****). Nobody showed up & nobody called.Spoke to **** again later on in the day. She confirmed that she took the appt. but had no reason as to why no one showed up or called for the estimate.Basically, **** decided to blame me for their electrician not showing up for a pre-approved/scheduled appt. Do not use this company. Unreliable & dont even bother to show up to appointments.

I understand that **** had taken a appt with ************* for 1/12/22. Unfortunaltely The appt got misplaced. **** had told ************** that we could make another appt but he wanted to know why the original appt was not made and nobody showed up. We apologized for our mistake. We offered to get somebody out there right away but he wasn't available.
There was a phone number left with this complaint but we did not get an answer. Unfortunately we don't have any of his information so we are unable to contact him.
