Bought Capri Sun juice boxes for my kids and there was mold on the juice box and when I cut the pouch open there was mold all on the inside of the pouches tooBusiness response

Ordered two boxes of K-********** online on May 4, 2022. Total $24.88. To date, coffee has not been received. My Amex Card ending in ***** was charged and has been paid. Still have yet to receive merchandise.Customer response

The bottle opening was much too small for this product. It spattered out, all over my new shirt, hands,face, countertop and table!! They refused to give my money back, I definetly do not want any of their products ever again and do not want a coupon!And it was expired 4 months! I didnt realize that until I called them. They had of course no manager to speak to!!!! Go figure!!!The grocery store Giant Eagle in **************** sold it expired, I called them and they do not care at all, and of course they had no store manager to speak to either!Business response

We are sorry that the product she purchased was out of code date. The responsibility for the product rotation is handled at each store.
Our records indicate that a check for reimbursement of her purchase was processed in our records on the date January 7, 2022. According to **** our check was delivered January 12, 2022.
We attempted to reach ****************** by phone today and we left a message in her voice mail. In the event that she has additional comments or questions, she may reach us at ************ by phone or by e-mail at **********************************************************************.
