      I found what appears to be round worms possible tape worms in two different ******************* sausage rolls. One was in their hot sausage roll as well as regular. I even went back to the store i purchased them from and found more in another ******************* hot sausage roll. This is disgusting! I plan on reaching out to the health department. I even have video showing they are infact coming out of their sausage. It appears their pigs have an Infestation of worms and their health safety inspectors failed greatly I'm now going to be taking my whole family In to get checked and to get treated to be on the safe side. I find this to be disturbing as for decades ******************* was my go too. Not anymore. When I called ******************* representatives they wanted me to send packages back to them I refused I will go there with them and show them but they are not Leaving my possession as they are the proof with video photos and receipts. I do not want this hushed as the public has a right to know!

      Purchased ******************* sausage for lasagna- 12-16-23.12-17-23 cooked it, Got sick later that night, checked the remaining sausage that night to find it was expired and had string in it!

      On 12/06/2023 I went grocery shopping at a ******* in the Lithonia area and I purchased a 4 pack of ********************* already packaged breakfast sandwich sausage egg and cheese so yesterday I decided I wanted to have one for lunch for me and my kid I took a good two bites and on the third one I end up biting the back of my mouth from a hard object that I found to be a tooth not a human tooth some type of animal tooth it was so hard to the point even the bit I took of the food didnt break it so I immediately had to spit the food out and find out what is was I kept the food that it came from and the tooth for my end

      not very happy with customer service at this **********************, i have bought there product for years the hillshire farms oven roasted turkey, 2 times in the last 6 months i have gotten hard gristle like stuff in the food and had to throw away quite a bit of the food, the first time it happened way back in april so they say i forgot, they sent coupon no problem, this time it was a hassle the coupon never showed up to replace the product, customer service on ******** was no help, finally after a month and they resent them it showed up, there was no apology , never would let me talk to a supervisor, the RUDE receptionist at there corporate headquarters hung up on me because i told her customer service was no help i didnt want to deal with them. this company needs to do better if they want my business

      Purchased three *************** cheesecakes for christening party of granddaughter. Cheesecake extremely stale. Spent $18 on three cheesecakes. Phone ***************** number on box for refund. I'm a diabetic and I don't each sugar. This was what specially for my granddaughter's christening for 50 people it was one of the desserts. I wanted my money back and *************** promised me a gift card and by the end of the conversation the woman changed her mind telling me she needed permission from a supervisor and a supervisor was not there. Why in the world would you keep somebody chatting for 40 minutes knowing you couldn't help them!!? This woman was ridiculous. She offered me a gift card which I would have accepted instead of a coupon. I don't understand why I had to wait on hold for one hour for someone to pick up the phone in *************** customer service this itself is bad business. The woman who answered the phone sounded very unprofessional very bored and when I told her I would be contacting the company she laughed and said she did not care.For a company I've patronized for years it's certainly seems they are not consumer friendly. Shame. I would like my $18 return to me in the form of a gift card please since the store would not give refund due to covid and open food item. Thank you. I have been closed photographs of the two cheesecakes the third accidentally got thrown away before I could take a photo
