This company is a disaster. Avoid at all costs. They duplicate charged our credit card and I have been attempting to get the full amount refunded for a month and a half. I should have just disputed it with our credit card company to begin with!! There is no one to speak to in the billing department - only available through email . The case is still unresolved and then two days ago I received ANOTHER INVOIVE for "excess weight". The shipment in question was over two months ago. Awful!Review from Ryan T

Just had our first shipment with them and we gave them dimensions, they never bothered to clarify YOU MUST give it to them in ************** X Height, we gave it to them via ************** X Length. This resulted in an over length fee doubling the cost of shipment. They have inexperienced *************** who aren't interested in long term customers or business. Run to TQL or Freightquote and avoid this place. No wonder they keep getting offloaded.Review from Rebecca D

Working with this company through *** was awful. We did not pick them out but were redirected from the *** site. We filed a claim for damages, and they denied it based on an "unattended delivery," which was a lie and based on a photo the driver took when it was delivered that even shows the damage that occurred in transit! We filed a claim and had all of the evidence, but during the process, I, the buyer of the product, was just sent back and forth to different people and told completely different instructions during this claim! The people involved in the company were *******************, ***********************, and *******************************. This was an absolutely horrific way to handle the situation. It was nothing but BS and deceit the entire process. If I could leave zero stars, I would.Review from Curt U

Worst shipping experience in 15 years. Shipped dock sections from ************ to ******, **. Paid up front as per quote. $950 to have the dock frames fixed by welder from damage to frames from forklift. They then invoiced us an additional $487 for a reclassification of dimensions on one item which was completely bogus. We sent them pics. to confirm our original dimensions (as quoted) were correct on the reclassified item. No response. All they do well is send you notices your account is unpaid then to collections. Would never use this carrier again.**********Review from Matt K

2 months+ in transit! What a terrible experience for delivery furniture. Ordered it in July - now Oct 17 and still waiting after distributor released it to Coyote in late August. Coyote tracker says it is sitting in a warehouse just 50 miles away. Ordering company wont refund a $2500 order. Will report fraud. *** learned to inquire about your third party delivery provider when buying large items.Review from Duane W

The driver was aggressive and non compliant with any instructions given to him about the deliver. He did not pick up his plastic cover trash and sped away almost running over our manager who tried to stop him and cursed and flipped him off. Then drove dangerously down the road down the road and could have killed someone. USD DOT ******* MC ******* should not be on the road !!Review from Bradley M

They need to have their broker authority rescinded. They are a complete disaster and s**** up every load they become involved in. They endlessly harrass drivers day and night even about loads that have nothing to do with them. They s**** up every appointment, pickup and confirmation number. They have been black balled by so many carriers because of the enormous amounts of lost productivity because of their incompetence. Good riddance!Review from Dennis W

They are a scammer company. They hit ** with 5k in over charges that we have proof are lies. We shipped one transmission at 350lb and they charged more and claimed it weighed one thousand pounds. We payed someone to investigate every over charged and the person was able to prove 90 percent were bogus... there is no telling how many customers they are ripping off. There needs to be a class action lawsuit against them.Review from Diane M

I give them a 0! Months after my shipment they sent me an invoice telling me I owe twice as much in overages than what I paid. Even one of their employees supplied the information to the accounting department that our shipment was paid in full and I don't owe anything else...BUT they keep sending me invoices and now are telling me they are going to send me to collections. My shipment WAS NOT PICKED UP on time, ARRIVED 10 DAYS AFTER THE PROMISE DATE (which cost my company LOTS of money in lost revenue) and was a TOTAL DISASTER from the beginning. I have tried calling, left messages, asked for someone to call and NO CALLS BACK and NO ONE ANSWERS the phone. My advice - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
