On April 4 th ********* during business as Topnotch Installation mounted two tvs in my home for a total of $180.00. He was paid thru Zelle first $1.00 then $179.00. This is when an unforeseen error on my part occurred when I must have hit recurring payments On April the 5th Zelle sent a payment to ********* for $179.00 and on May 5th for a $179,00. Unfortunately for me at the time I didnt look into my account and discover this until May 8 th by that time ********* had received $358.00 in error. He has been contacted by me numerous times but he refuses to return the money. He has also been contacted by my bank US Bank and Zelle and is still refusing to return the over payment So for a $180.00 job he has received $538.00. The sad part is I was in the process of recommending him which he would have received more. I want him to return the overpayment of $358.00
