Date 4-5-20/22 In 2018 I had an airflow Furnace installed by DS ************************************* On April ***** i contacted the company because the furnace stopped working. I was informed that the parts were guarantee for 10 years under that warranty. He doesn't want to honor the agreement, but charge me for them instead. I tried to contact him to discuss the matter further. He seems to refuse to talk with me.He hasn't returned my call. He was angry and refuse to provide the service we agreed on.Business response

Hi Mr. ******************************************************* spoke with you on April 4th. I explained to you the warranty process. I never said that I would not honor your warranty. I only explained to you that your equipment was install in 2018 and there is no record of serving since the time of installation. (Meaning that your equipment has been properly maintain in order for the warranty to be honored). Your equipment has a 5 year parts and 20 year heat exchanger warranty. You can call me for scheduling when your ready to proceed. Sorry for this misunderstanding!
