we booked my 55th birthday trip through ********************** in march of 2023 at a resort named ********************* resort and spa , all inclusive for an oceanFRONT room for june 13-19,2023. $3300 trip. At no time during the reservation process were the owners of the resort discussed. I received a notice that the above mentioned resort would no longer be affiliated with Hyatt worldwide anymore. I was to be moved to Dreams aventuras in a deluxe ocean VIEW room. upon arrival to the dreams aventuras, we were given a room overlooking the pool. the next day, we were shown a room on the 4th floor, on the ocean side but overlooking palm trees, no ocean in site. the staff stated that they knew that we wouldnt like it!! the resort's beach was blocked off with rocks and the water let in only came up to your ankles. it was my dream trip to have an oceanfront room and stay up late listening to the waves, not to stay at a hyatt property. I didnt care who owned ********, i paid for an oceanfront room. nowhere on the ********************** website does it tell you who owns which resorts, nor does it ask you whether it matters. my trip was ruined by the resort on a pseudo beach, by a company that does not advertise that it is owned by hyatt. i have used the site before and have never had anything so horrible done to me. no refunds or compensation were given when calls were placed to complain. the entire experience was a nightmare. please petition for ********************** to disclose on the website that they are owned by hyatt so that the customers may make informed decisions.

Stayed at this hotel which was assigned to us through MONSTER RESERATIONS, and they promotion we signed up to a few years ago. Everything seemed ok, it was pretty obvious from the moment we entered the hotel it was in need of a renovation, but looked clean enough from the naked eye.Our room was very out dated and the carpets were rippled up and a tripping hazard if you were not looking at where you were walking. Monster Reserations vacation stay was four nights and we choose ********* ********* for our vacation and Monster choose the Hyatt House ********* at ***********After our third night stay I and my party were not feeling well and started having stomach problems. Not sure of what was going on since it was all of us having the same issues, maybe something we ate?, but again we all ate different meals. On our last night stay, I was in the washroom brushing my teeth and notice the water wasn't going down the drain as quickly as it should be, so I pulled the sink plug out and that's when our nightmare began. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. The sink plug was full of BLACK MOLE, so bad it was definitely a health hazard. So....wonder we all were having stomach problems, and my chest felt heavy from breathing in this mole for days. As I walked into the living area I also notice something on the carpet looked like a beetle but later found out it was a dead cockroach. That was it, I called the front desk and they could only put us into a new room, so we moved only to find Black Mole in the second room. Hotel was full so the rude manager told us with no.....concern about our health and safety to go to a different hotel. We had no choice but to stay with concerts and hockey game Nashville was full. We just put a towel over the sink plug so no mole spores could go airborne, and used the kitchen sink k to wash our faces and brush our teeth since this was our last night stay in hotel from H***

Called in to book large blocks of rooms and ******** was absolutely amazing. Things got messed up (because of my boss giving me bad information) and she stayed with me and worked through all of it with a beautifully positive demeanor. We spent almost 2 hours on the phone and she was pleasant and accommodating the entire time. She deserves a raise or a promotion or something because she was undeniably fantastic.

Well just lost my $500 like that. I made a reservation to have one day trip with my parents who are visiting me from another country. I accidentally cancelled my trip. As dumb as it sounds, it really was accident, I first tried ************************** where I made this reservation from, they could not help. They said they will speak to Hyatt so asked me to allow them 4-5 mins. Though it was my fault on cancelling they had 0 interest in helping me. My dumba** thinking this is a big company that would have a bit of mercy. Well I tried to call them myself, never picked up the phone. Yeah sure take my 500 to make your rich a** richer. This really isn't the customer care in any shape and form. My first experience with ************************** and Hyatt all together and this will be my last. Go to somewhere else. This is the worst place to deal with in my entire life.

Extremely disappointed with Hyatt. Hyatt closed my account with no reason! I used to enjoy the service well until now. Tens of thousands points were forfeited without clear explanations. Please stay away from Hyatt's hotel!!!

Manager very unprofessional. Hung up on me when I was asking questions about why I didn't receive the room I paid for. Over talked me each time I was explaining my concerns for a Celebrity client. **** ***** with boosie Badazz. We will never stay here again. And will tell other celebrities to do the same. He was not happy to receive this type of treatment.

Sock in room. That's not the worst though. I still have a second charge on my bank account for the room charge. I was double charged and no one will help me with it. I am having to go thru my bank to file fraudulent charges against the hotel. They told me it would come off after 5 days but that was just to get me out of the hotel. Would never stay here again. Beware!!!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at the Hyatt Hotel, where I stayed for four nights at a rate of approximately $400 per night. About a week after checking out, I received an unexpected charge of $100 for five movies that were watched during my stay.Upon investigating, I discovered that these movies were accessed by my 5-year-old child, who inadvertently turned on the TV and watched them without my knowledge. The hotel charges $25 per movie, and I was unaware that the TV system allowed a child to access paid content so easily. I believe this system is not designed with child safety in mind, as it should require credit card verification or parental approval through a secondary device, such as a phone, before allowing any charges to be incurred.I contacted the hotel to explain the situation and request a refund, but the manager refused to provide one, insisting that the movies were fully watched. I find this response unacceptable. As a parent, I would have never allowed my child to watch movies that incurred additional charges if I had been aware of the cost or if there had been proper safeguards in place.I am deeply disappointed with how this situation was handled and believe that other families should be warned about this issue. The lack of adequate protections in the TV system for preventing unauthorized charges by children is concerning. I hope that Hyatt will reconsider its policies to prevent similar situations from happening to other guests in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
