I have reached out to 14 different people via email and called three different phone numbers to try to get answers from someone regarding a claim. The claim # is ********. I have requested many times for an explanation and all I get is to call a phone number that the numbers given are team phone numbers, not for direct adjusters and they ALWAYS go to voicemail. I have left voicemails before for this same team with no response. I continue to email the entire email chain of 14 people with no response. I havent had a single person address the questions and issue of my original email asking for a check to be reissued and once party with we are entitled to, and all I get is a response to a call a phone number where I get a voicemail, and the messages left are never responded to. How is it possible that out of the 14 people included in these emails, none are capable of calling or replying to the email with more than a phone number to call? The issue with this claim is not complex whatsoever and can be resolved by reissuing a check that is one party that we are entitled to as the lien holder. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL US IMMEDIATLEY. this has been way too difficult and borderline fraudulent with how **** **** has been.Initial Complaint

Horrible. This company should not be licensed to do insurance. My experience with them as a person affected by their customer was just the worst experience possible. ****** representative (initials T.G.) told me their determination was based on an undisputed version of events of their client/driver. The issue is that the version they accepted was not only a lie and fabrication of the events but it was completed without a proper investigation including viewing video cameras as evidence from the area of the crash. **** unequivocally accepted a flat out lie of a version of events from an unlicensed driver. The assumption should have been to take the word of the person was not breaking the law and actually has a valid driver's license. Not only did they tell me this by phone but their representative was rude & totally unprofessional. They unnecessarily hurt my driving record and increased my premium (I'm sure to save $$$) so I am submitting this review to others to be aware to stay away from this company. They are incompetent & corrupt!!!Initial Complaint

I was in a car accident my truck was declared as total loss the end of July of this year i been getting the run around about my check after i gave them my title.I was told in order for me to get the check i had to send it to copart i did everything that was asked of **** started calling and they kept telling me my check was put in regular mail because they werent paying for ***** delivery the date was August 28,2023 placed in regular mail that i never received and when i ask my adjuster to speak to a supervisor he tells me oh well its nothing she can do about it they dont see a title which copart told me thats a story they have everything signed and its a system they can go see online that they have everything i have 6 kids its been so stressful dealing with this situation please if someone could please help me out i will gladly appreciate everything!Initial Complaint

Thursday, November 3rd 2022 I was re-ended on Interstate 25 southbound in ******, **. The responsible party fled the scene before police arrived. ****** ***************** informed me that the person responsible for the accident had Fred Loya Insurance and the referenced claim number for it was 68-0000283124 with Adjuster *************************. My personal insurance subrogated the damages relating to the repair of my car. I am trying to recover expenses relating to the rental car and Uber rides, as well as the diminished value of my car. I have tried many times to leave voicemails and sent emails to both the adjuster and the company-wide customer service line to recover these expenses, but I have not heard anything back for months. This is my last recourse before litigation.Initial Complaint

I purchased monthly sr22 car insurance from these people in October 2021 at the ****** and Western location because I am required to carry it otherwise my drivers license will be suspended. they have been taking my monthly payment of $64. They never filed my insurance with the secretary of state. I found out because I was pulled over and told my drivers license is not currently valid. I asked / begged them to rectify this situation. I checked.. currently today 6/22, my license is not valid. according to the illiniois secretary of state, my drivers license is suspended due to not having required s22 insurance. they need to stop operating if they will not or cannot provide the service which i have been paying for.I want a refund for the months that I have been paying but not been on file with the secretary of state, $64 monthly premium times six months = $384 before i started with these people, i had a current/valid drivers license. i had been driving around with a suspended license without my knowledge
