If I could give zero stars I would. I called on Saturday morning, explained that I had a privacy lock that was locked from the inside and needed to have the lock opened so we could use the room. Also I wanted the lock disabled so it would not happen again. He said he could do it. I asked him what his fee was, he said $29.00 so I said ok. He arrived, used an air wedge, said he couldn't disable the lock, I would have to buy a new handle and then said it was $198.00. I said $198.00 he said yes, it's emergency service. I said but I asked you how much and you said $29.00. He repeated that it was emergency.. Then he had the check made out to ************************* not even the name of the locksmith. I believe the other reviews I saw for him had to be from his friends. Because I did not blindly call him. Stay AWAY.Review from Jevonte M

The company was called for a lockout and sent out a technician. The technician didnt arrive until almost 2 hours the agreed upon time with NO communication unless I reached out first. The guy arrived and said he was in traffic which was a lie; he was on another job. While he was here he told another customer he was 25 minutes away and it was a lie. He also charged $199 and tried to charge a $29 service charge AFTER being almost 2 hours late. If you value your time stay away and call someone thats reliable.
