Salvage *************** collaborated on 'Fresh Fest *******' at WNDR Museum, with a $3000 payment agreement within 30 days. Post 30 days, **** cited closure of their ******* location and LLC, refusing the agreed payment. We fulfilled our commitment with a successful event, and the $3000 is essential for our ongoing operations. Seeking resolution through the Better Business Bureau due to the breach of payment agreement.Initial Complaint

Order No. ****8P2QYJX* The purchase of the tickets were not authorized by me. I spoke to employee at facility where she ensured me the money would be refunded in 5-7 business day because it was not authorized. I still see a charge for the tickets that I did not authorize. I have sent many emails to their customer service with no luck. My bank is telling me to contact merchant. The tickets were never used. I am requesting a refund.Initial Complaint

This is my email to them about a month ago. O have also tried reaching them through ********* instagram, ******* but no reply.Hi! I hope this message finds you well and healthy. I hope your new year is going great as well.My name is *************************** and I visited the attraction last 0/13/2023. However, on this day, all the exhibits were not open. There were honestly about 10 at most that were available to the public. On the website, it said that there were going to be about 20. I then asked one of the employees of the disparity. She had told me that all exhibits may not be available til the end of the month. With this being said, I feel like me and my girlfriend were completely swindled by the misinformation. No where did it state in the website that not all exhibits were gonna be open on the day we went on. I would like to respectfully ask for a refund as we did not get what we paid for and we were definitely cut short of the full attraction. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.
