I received a gift-card from Tokyo Nails and made two appointments for October 22, 2022. One for ***************************** at 11:00am and one for *********************** at 12pm. Two adults with the same first name.On the day of the appointment *********************** and ***************************** arrived at the appointments and were told that there was only 1 appointment booked for ******************************The nail tech then offered to service *********************** as a "walk-in" and could only offer 30-minutes of her time.At the risk of being a bad customer and wasting the trip, *********************** accepted the 30-minute service and did not understand what happened with her appointment confirmation. ***************************** was serviced correctly and when came time for *********************** to have her service, near the end; the nail tech (Nomi) realized that *********************** was on the schedule and that she made a mistake. There was no apology or offer to correct the mistake; the services were paid and the customers left. Later *********************** made an appointment again for November and unfortunately due to a family emergency was not able to attend the appointment. Due to the cancelled appointment, Tokyo Nails attempted to charge ***************************** credit card for $100. At the time of the charge, Tokyo Nails called ******* to confirm the charge and ******* denied making the payment due to the circumstances (Family Emergency). ******* also offered to make another appointment to correct the situation since the November appointment could not be remedied. Tokyo Nails declined and hung up the call. A few days later, Tokyo Nails has taken the liberty of charging $60 to ***************************** credit charge under the pretense of a cancelled appointment.
