I ordered a standing desk with cable management two month before. They did not deliver what I ordered two weeks ago. And one of the package never come to, it directly go back to the company. I have communicate with the company both through email and phone, but they delay on response and tell me to wait another 3 month to get the replacement. I do not want to wait for that long so I asked for refund, and that is when they stop respond to my email. I have attached the both the tracking history of the package never came to me and the order confirmation. I really do not know what to do, please help me with this. on July 27th, I purchased two of Herman Miller's Aeron chairs. The chairs arrived on August 8th, and to my dismay, one of them had a damaged caster. Since then, I have been making repeated attempts to address this issue with the company but have been met with a series of unfulfilled promises and a lack of communication.1. Initial Response: I promptly emailed customer service with photographs of the damaged caster. ****** from the ****************************** assured me a replacement caster would be dispatched.2. Unfulfilled Promises: By August 14th, I received no updates. Calling them on August 15th, ****** from the same department promised to resolve the issue within a business day - this did not happen.3. Lack of Communication: My follow-up email on August 23rd to ****** went unanswered.4. Another Promise: On August 29th, after another call, ******* promised that another replacement request had been submitted and I would receive tracking details shortly. As of today, I have received neither the replacement nor the said tracking information.The situation is particularly disheartening given the reputation of Herman Miller and the price point of their products. I've spent over a month trying to get a simple replacement part for a product that costs well over $1,000, which seems unreasonable.It is important for potential customers to be aware of the post-purchase challenges they might face with Herman Miller. Through this complaint, I seek assistance from the BBB in mediating this situation and ensuring that Herman Miller is held accountable for the commitment to quality and customer satisfaction they so prominently advertise. I urge the BBB's intervention in this matter. Furthermore, considering the undue stress and time lost, I believe compensation is justified. I request a credit of $1,000 from Herman Miller for the time and efforts expended on this unresolved issue.
