I purchased 4 ***** (2 football/2 basketballs) from this website: ******************************************** website stated 3-5 day delivery and 30 return guarantee: ******************************************************* It took over a month for the ***** to be delivered (I didn't realize they were coming from *****). The warehouse is in *******. The ***** came too late so I inquired, via email, how to return items.After weeks of email exchanges with Bright Sport <*************************************>(they wanted to refund me 15%, then 20%, then 50% to keep the balls), they finally provided me with return address in ***************. The cost for postage/delivery would be 3x value of the *****, so not an option. They said they do not have an address in ******* for return. I am trying to get a refund but I do not know how to proceed. I would also like to make others aware that this website/company is dishonest. Please advise if you can help.
