The entire job was a mess start to finish. Power washed the front of shutters before removal, power washed leaded glass window damaging the wooden frame. Back of shutters were filthy wasp nests, Painted the fronts without cleaning the back, flipped over the shutters onto a plastic tarp filled with wet paint and paint chips and the paint and chips stuck to the shutter while peeling off the tarp from the painted shutters. Spray painted the dirty backs of the shutters. Broke and splintered the front of the shutter, did not paint evenly what they were painting sanded and then painted over the debris and paint chips. These shutters are wood and had one previous coat of paint, they did not sand them or clean them before painting and they are now damaged beyond repair. Eight pairs of shutters, three custom sizes. Did not paint door trim, damaged trim above the back window they pressure washed unnecessarily because there were no shutters in the back. These kids did not know what they were doing and were unsupervised. They did not have any tools and borrowed mine to scrape paint and to remove shutters. The girl painted while talking in her phone and missed many areas left unpainted and painted on top of sanding debris. Left Paint on my brick porch after I repeatedly tried to get them to cover it up. They put one coat of very thin paint. They used one and a half gallons of paint and left the paint can open to the air all day, did not stir the can, one can had all the solids left at the bottom of the can when they left. Meaning the paint they used will not bond. Absolute disaster. I want my money back and reimbursement for new shutters and damage to my property including the window frame in the front of the house.
