      I previously booked parking through ParkWhiz for an event in ************ on August 11th & August 12th 2023. I have successfully used ParkWhiz services 11 times. Occasionally I pay more for the convenience of knowing where I will be parking when I get to an event vs. finding a spot on arrival. ParkWhiz offers parking for events (concerts, sporting events, etc) or parking by selecting specific time frames. For the **** events in ************ I chose parking BY EVENT because I had never attended & had no idea what the length of the events would be. When I have done the same for concerts & sporting events, the time leaving has NEVER been an issue. Imagine my surprise when months later I received bills for leaving a parking lot past time. I left the lot both nights as soon as the event concluded. I REFUSE to pay triple( or more ) what my reserved spot reserved SPECIFICALLY FOR THE EVENTS cost me. I now have debt collectors calling demanding payment. This needs to be wiped clean & I need to not be contacted for this again.

      November 2, 2024 i bought a reserved parking spot at ***************** in ********* *********. i bought it through ******** but its through Parkwhiz. I was told my the music city center that they do not do reservations for parking and that the address that Parkwhiz gave was not correct. I called customer service to speak with a supervisor and they did not allow me to speak with someone higher up and they are not allowing me a refund.

      It looks like you purchased this pass from a third-party website. Unfortunately, passes purchased from websites like TicketsCenter, Seatgeek, Stubhub, GoTickets or Vivid Seats are likely resold to you at an enormously inflated rate over the actual value. ParkWhiz Terms of Service are null and void for any passes purchased through a reselling site, and in case you experience an issue with your pass, youll need to reach out directly to the service through which you transacted to seek a refund/reimbursement, as ParkWhiz is not liable for these sales.

      Although we do not condone this, we lack control over the activities of resellers on external websites. We apologize once more for any inconvenience or confusion this may cause.

      I paid ParkWhiz $22 to reserve a parking space at ****************** (*****************). When I got there my reservation wasnt on their system but the attendant told me to leave the car and it would be there when I got back. Three hours later I go to get my car and he wouldnt allow me to retrieve it until I paid $60 more. I finally had to pay and the customer service *** at ******* Whiz told me she would investigate and refund me. Today I was refunded the original $22 and given a $37 credit on park whiz but I have zero intention of ever using their service again as I dont trust that the payment will go through.

      I am rejecting this response because: When I was on the phone with Park Whiz the day of the incident, they instructed me to pay the parking garage and they would REPAY ME IN FULL or I wouldn't have paid.  They have refunded me the money I paid them and given me a little more than half of what I paid the parking garage AS A CREDIT-- I do not want a credit with this business as I do not intend to ever use them again because of my experience this time.  I also do not frequently use private parking garages so such a credit is totally useless to me.  THEY (PARK WHIZ) were supposed to send my payment to the parking garage and they DID NOT, causing me to have to pay to retrieve my vehicle, therefore they are liable for the ENTIRE PRICE of my parking fees.  NOT as a credit.

      Apparently we did not receive your license plate to confirm your booking, this is the reason why the attendant was unable to locate it in their system and you were charged the regular drive-up rate. Please know that Parkwhiz and garage rates differ, therefore we are unable to process refund for payments not made through us.

      Going forward, kindly follow the instructions on the pass to validate your pre-paid parking reservation and avoid double payment.

      Despite never opening an account with the company, I am receiving daily emails regarding booking made against my email address, It looks like a scam or a phishing campaign, so I don't want to click on any links, but the emails are coming from seemingly legitimate email address ******************************* I have attempted to contact the company through their support portal, but they insist on me opening an account to progress the complaint which is not something I want to do. I don't want to have anything to do with this company I live in ** and have not been to *** at any point in my life, nor do I wish to.

      Full email available - I could not post it here. Parking was prepaid and lot was not clearly marked as such. There was NO address visible and did not want to risk getting towed. They can very well issue a refund but chose a credit for which Inwill never be able to use.

      I am filing a complaint regarding a parking reservation I made months in advance, which has now been unfairly canceled less than 10 days before the event.Cancellation and Price Hike: I made my original booking 5 months ago, and it has been canceled without justification. However, the same parking lot is now reselling the spots at three times the price ($75).Prepaid Pass Misrepresentation: Your website claimed prepaid passes were no longer available, but I was able to book a new pass for $75. This contradicts Parkwhiz claim that prepaid parking is not available.

I emailed ParkWhiz immediately and to date, they have refused a refund. I am seeking a full refund to the original form of payment. I also desire my ParkWhiz account and all of my personal information to be deleted from ParkWhiz databases.

      On 9/4/24 I paid $28.63 to ParkWhiz to reserve a parking space at the **************************************************************************************************************** to attend a For ************** concert at the *****************, with garage access beginning at 5:00 p.m. and exit before 12 a.m. 9/5/24. I entered the garage at 5:00 p.m. when the human attendant scanned the digital ParkWhiz pass provided on my phone. I parked my car, walked to the corner stairs indicated by the exit sign, walked down several flights of stairs and exited via a street level door. When I returned to same garage at 10:30 ********* concert the stairway exit door was locked. I had to walk all the way around the block at night in downtown ******** to the entrance of the parking garage with the attendant still present. The attendant said he had no idea why the stairway exit doors were locked and unattended and his best advice was to hike up the parking ramp until I reached my car. This was unsafe, as cars were exiting and entering on the ramp where I was walking and it was physically taxing. The ability to enter the garage and park with ease was useless without the ability to likewise return with ease and get in my car quickly and safely after the concert. I was not provided with any specific exit instructions.I submitted a complaint to ParkWhiz requesting a refund. ParkWhiz accepted no responsibility for the conditions of the parking experience, stating they are merely a booking agency. I contracted with ParkWhiz for a safe secure parking space on a date certain and they did not provide it. If they wish to pursue recourse from the garage owner that is fine but that is not my role in this. I am seeking reimbursement and also wish to warn other folks who might consider booking parking space with ParkWhiz that the service provided is neither safe nor reliable.
