I have had it with the inappropriate games and unprofessional mishandling of assignments against me!Yesterday, I went through A LOT of inconvenience and stress as well as time loss because of highly inappropriate handling of two assignments that I tried to complete.There was one at P24H+QC4 Hauula, HI which was assigned and extended because it is 2hrs 40 mins each way. While en route I see that someone went in and inappropriately changed the expiration to less than it's original time down to 20 mins. They also removed the approved extension. It expired then they accuse me and haven't paid me for the time, effort, and trouble I encountered.There was a second assignment in *********. Because of how they mistreated me with the handling of the other assignment I barely had enough time to reach the Ewa Beach assignment location at great inconvenience and time loss. I submitted the assignment with adequate lighting and horizontally even though there is no mention in the assignment text that it should be full daylight. The pay I was supposed to receive was $20.This afternoon when I logged in I see that they unfairly rejected that assignment and then had the nerve to reassign it with no amount of pay for my time, trouble, and effort the previous day with that completed assignment. They also reassigned the Hauula, HI assignment with only 1+ hours to do it then blocked the extension request. The assignment location is 2 hrs 40mins away. Who treats someone like this!?I told them that I AM NOT doing either without some pay from the previous day and adequate time. They never responded to my email and have this far not fixed or addressed any of these issues, including the erroneous assignment expirations against my account!Business response

We appreciate the opportunity to address the complaint submitted by *******************;against ProxyPics. We value our data collectors and strive to maintain a fair and transparent working relationship with them. Here are the details and our response to the issues raised:
1. Compensation and Rework Policy:
- Initial Trips ********************** collector was compensated for his initial trips, including an additional trip fee for the assignment at *******************************************************************************, as per his request.
- Client Rejection and Rework: Rework requests arise from client rejections, not from ProxyPics. As a third party, we must adhere to our clients' requirements. Incorrectly completed assignments are rejected by our clients, necessitating a rework.
2. Assignment Requirements:
- Each assignment includes specific guidelines that must be followed. For instance, the assignment at 91-***************** required daytime photos. Despite the data collector's assertion that "the property is still visible," dusk photos did not meet the client's criteria, resulting in a rejection.
3. Communication and Support:
- Extension Requests: While we strive to accommodate extension requests, they are not always possible due to client urgency. Assignments are provided with a clear scope of work and a deadline, which the data collector agrees to upon acceptance.
- Response to Emails: Our SVP of Operations has made multiple attempts to reach out to the data collector to resolve these issues. However, there have been instances where the data collector did not respond. Effective communication is crucial for resolving any misunderstandings or issues promptly.
4. Harassment and Demands:
- Threats for Additional Compensation: There have been documented instances where the data collector demanded additional compensation with the threat of filing a complaint. This behavior is unprofessional and does not align with the cooperative spirit we aim to maintain with our data collectors.
- Generous Payouts: ProxyPics ensures competitive and generous payouts for completed assignments. For the order at *************************************, the data collector was initially offered $30 out of a $40 payment from the client. Despite the additional $10 compensation for rework, a complaint was still filed.5. Clarification of Assignment Handling:
- Order ******************** collector has the autonomy to choose the orders he wishes to complete. Each order lists the scope of work and required completion timeframe. By accepting an order, he commits to fulfilling these requirements.
- Platform Operations: Our platform operates based on client needs and urgencies, not on individual perceptions of what is required for a property.
We value the contributions of our data collectors and aim to maintain a fair and transparent working environment. We believe that the data collector has been compensated fairly and has been given multiple opportunities to resolve the issues he raised. We remain committed to addressing any further concerns in a professional manner.

I completed an assignment in the proper time frame while meeting all of the requirements and they rejected pay without explanation after a lot of trouble and effort on my part to get it done.Customer response

The issue was resolved amicably by the next day and it was a system & process issue.
I do not wish to further pursue this particular complaint. Please do not send it to Proxypics.
