I ordered body wash, shampoo and deodorant for a total price of $57.80 on 19JUL2024. I only received the shampoo, but never received the deodorant or two body washes that I was supposed to receive (one was supposed to be free). I attempted to contact the business several times but have not gotten a response from them.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:I have sent at least two emails to the business already with no luck on a response. I would like the resolution to be handled through this complaint. As seen in the attached email screenshots, I sent the business two emails. One was on 21JUL2024 and another one was on 27JUL2024. I did not receive a response for either of these emails. I would just like my body wash and deodorant delivered as it should have been. I would also like to receive the promotional bottle of body wash in the same scent as the one I ordered.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I appreciate the assistance in reaching out to the business after my emails were unsuccessful and I very much appreciate the business's response. I used their products before while I was on vacation and I loved the smell. I'm glad this was resolved.
