I have gotten a call from this place during the day and then at 8 pm at night. They post they are law offices. They are trying to steal people's money by lying to you and telling you that you have a bad debt and that litigation is about to be brought against you unless you pay now. STOP CALLING ME!!!! I am not an idiot and I do not owe money to collections. If you call again, I will find a way to report you to the REAL law.Business response

Inteliquent/Sinch Voice submits this response to Complaint No. 22496078.
Inteliquent/Sinch Voice and its affiliates, including Onvoy, LLC, are wholesale providers of telecommunications interconnection services. Primarily, we carry telecommunications traffic between the networks of other providers. Our provision of these services is as a common carrier, and we carry voice traffic to and from virtually every major and regional telecom provider in the ************** Inteliquent/Sinch Voice does not make calls to consumers.
Our customers are not individuals; generally, they are other telecommunications providers, and it is our wholesale customers who provide services to the individuals who use telephone numbers to make calls. Pursuant to federal Customer Proprietary Network Information regulations, our service provider customers cannot disclose information about their end-user customers to us. Therefore, in order to resolve most complaints, we must notify our wholesale customers, and they must then initiate an investigation into the complaint and take action to resolve the issue.In this case,the complainant did not provide the telephone number or numbers making the unwanted calls. As such, we are unable to take further action to investigate or help stop the calls.
In order to assist the complainant with the calls she is receiving we need a few details for each call received:
Calling Number;
Called Number;
Date of Call; and
Time of Call (including time zone)
Upon receipt of these details, we can then request that our customer(s)investigate the calls and take appropriate action.
