I scheduled an appointment to have a two piece sectional couch cleaned. On the day of the appointment, the service technician arrived smelling strongly of marijuana. I chose to have the couch deep cleaned and stain protected as we had it for a year and a half and it had never been cleaned. I also advised him that although we have a dog, there are no pet stains on the couch. I received the bill after the appointment was done and I was shocked to find I was charged an additional $20 for "other areas" although I only had the two pieces of the couch cleaned. I was also charged an additional $100 for pet urine treatment even though it was completely unnecessary and it was not performed. In addition to this the complete process was a mess. We have real hardwood floors and cannot have puddles of standing water sitting on them. When the process started my floor was soaked. I pointed this out and offered to lay down towels. The technician told it was unnecessary and he would clean it up. I ended up wiping all the excess water up myself and told him the floors will get ruined. I left a pile of towels just in case. I came back through the room 15 min later and there was even more large puddles all over the floor. I said something again and wiped everything up. I then went into the kitchen where he had hooked up the equipment to our sink. He had taken the time to move our carpet runner out of the way (because he knew it would get wet) but the wood floor was covered in a pool of water. I said something for a third time and he once again reassured me it would get cleaned up. My husband came home and was livid at all the water all over our floors. My husband even said something to the technician who once again blew it off without concern. My couch looks clean but I was completely overcharged & our floors could have sustained significant damage as the result of an inattentive & careless technician. I have reached out to the company but have been ignored as well.

On 12/28/2023 we clean carpet was hired to clean our condo stairwells. They initially quoted us $150 and the proceeded to over charge me $500 to my credit card prior to starting work. I was told a credit card was needed to begin but at no point did I agree to have my credit card charged, this was fraudulent and deceptive. The job that was done was sub par, the technician spilled chemicals and dropped his equipment on my wood floors damaging them, he apologized to me since I was sitting right there so I know hes aware he damaged the floor but did not point this out. Additionally there was water left all over the floors. The company was negligent, deceptive, and scammed me out of $500 in addition to damaging my floors. I would like a full refund and compensation to repair my wood floor which has a noticeable chip and scratches from lack of reasonable care and negligence. This company should not be allowed to operate and no one should hire them in the future. I was present the entire time of the cleaning and was shocked at how unprofessional this company is. Numerous calls and emails have been sent with no response, its clear we clean carpet will not be assisting in resolving this.

We clean Carpet keep calling and harassing me about cleaning my carpet I told them know I have someone else. Because I didn't want to do my carpet now they are telling me to do a survey in there service. So since they did service for me and messed my carpet and walls with marks on it and a broken vase in my home they need to refund my money back. They claim they refund you so I would like the money back and the phone calls to end because I'll also charge you for harassing phone calls.

The company came and was supposed to extract sewer water from the carpet after a flood and also treat the walls for mold so that it wouldn't grow anymore. The guy came in and was here for two hours supposedly doing the job that was supposed to be done. It smelled good for about 24 hours and the mold reappeared and also the carpet was still wet. They charged me $800 for this job and the mold has come back and the smell is horrible. I have since had a company come in and tell me that the carpet needed to be removed and that it is totally molded out. They just came in my house and lied and took my money. I don't have $800 to just give away.

On July 13, ****, I scheduled carpet cleaning with We Clean Carpet using the online form at ******************************************** online quote was $109.50. I have attached screen shots showing the information. On July 18, 2023 a technician from We Clean Carpet came to my house. He arrived an hour earlier than the scheduled time, while I was at work, and told my son the sheduled charge was $665.35. He then used my son's credit card to pay for the $665.35, before any work was done, and before he spoke to me (the homeowner). My son notified me of the amount that he was charged and I immediately called to speak with the technician.I told the technician that he was not authorized to perform $665.35 worth of cleaning. The technician then told me that he had already applied $400 of chemicals to the carpet and that the remaining cost of the job had to now be completed (to remove the chemicals) or the chemicals would ruin the carpet. On July 19, 2023, I contacted We Clean Carpet using the online form at ************************************************** and explained that I was overcharged.I have not received any further communication from We Clean Carpet.

On June 5, 2023 I had a We Clean technician visit my home to clean my sofa and a chair. I had been quoted $75 for both items. I was then told that the sofa cleaning alone would cost $150. I paid the amount. The technician then sprayed chemicals on my sofa, used a machine to vacuum the seat cushion, and left while the seated cushion area still retained the dingy yellowing I had hired him to remove. As the sofa was drying, within the next couple of hours, the tufted area began to show rust spots where the buttons had become wet with chemicals. I immediately sent pictures to We Clean via email. The email response I received provided a customer service number. Eventually I received a call back from customer service stating that a senior technician would come back to clean the area that had been damaged. Instead, on June 13th, the same technician was sent to my home. This person simply argued with me and did nothing, saying he did not feel comfortable cleaning the sofa again. After making a subsequent phone call to customer service, I received another call from the same service technician who stated that he had been asked to contact me. I replied that I found it difficult to believe that he was the only employee of We Clean and that it was inappropriate for him to be the employee tasked to handle my issue. He once again argued with me in an extremely rude manner and then ended the call with no resolution.. I have several messages with the service number I was given, ************, and have not received a response.

the company came out to my home to professionally clean my 2 chairs. The chairs had small water stains on them. After they cleaned them, both chairs were left completely covered in brown stains. I spent 3 hours trying to get in contact with their service manager only to have him call my husband and I liars and told us that we would never see a ***** of our money back when we requesting a refund for the service. The service manager proceeded to hang up on us and will not return our calls. this company is absolutely fraudulent, they have ruined our couches and are refusing to refund us on a service that did not only fail to get rid of the stains, but have made the stains 100 times worse.
