Horrible service! He damaged the wood floor with his old equipment that he was using. He damaged baseboard and wet the floor. The carpet is soaking wet in some areas. He was late 40 minutes that is why my fiance had to leave and my mom stayed with this lunatic who didn't know what he was doing. When she showed him wet floor he said it is just a water. My fiance called them and they supposed to show up next day but nobody showed up and now they blocked his number. Horrible experience with them!

Horrible service! Ben talked me into a deep cleaning for 4 pieces of furniture up charged by $200. My furniture was not visibly dirty but now it looks horrible with streak marks all over the furniture. I been calling for two days to complain but no one will answer my call. I want my money back!!!!

I booked via online and received a quote of $110.98. This quote was for 3 bedrooms and 1 one living room. This is autogenerated and told to believe what you will pay. Upon arrival they started work and up-charged to $408.10. The home was a rental unit so the carpets were dirtier I understand a higher price. Upon discussion how the website generated a quote significantly lower it was presented to me that the business charges $50 a room. The website quotes you $27.75 a room but the base rate is $50 a room according the person in charge. I brought up the lack of transparency and how I felt scammed that once they arrived the price almost DOUBLES upon walking in the door regardless of the condition of the room. When encouraged to express an explanation for this the person in charge stated "I don't do the website and you'll have to speak to my boss." I asked to speak to the boss he refused to speak to me to explained the price difference from the quote online to the standard fee. It created confusion since I was unavailable and my wife stated for them to complete the working not knowing the lack of transparency and the 400% UPCHARGE. The person in charge also didn't call me back per my request and spoke to my wife when directed not to. TLDR: They quote you lower on their site. Once they arrive the price immediately doubles regardless of condition of carpets. Lack of transparency and education about why this is while the boss hides from confrontation and forces his employees to deal with this double standard.

Worst carpet cleaning company i ever hired ! My carpet look mor stained then before .They charged me additional for family room carpet cleaning but there is hardwood floor installed . They refused to return my money they overcharged !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE OF THEM !!!!!

I called to have a carpet cleaned to turn in an duplex. The first time they went, they left the carpet soaking wet. The landlord went to check and stated the it smelled really bad and carpet was still wet. I called the office, sent a man to reclean. All he did was spray something for the smell, TOLD my landlord they would be back in 24 hrs. The first cleaning was on 12/30/23 . The guy did not ever returned to clean . I have been calling and leaving messages , which they dont return . All I want is my money back with was ******. They ruined the carpet, so know the landlord will reduce the carpet, form my rent deposit,. They did terrible. As I said, I just want my money back./

SCAM, SCAM SCAM!!!I got a quote for an area rug of $49. When the gentleman came out, because my rig was white he said I needed a deep cleaning , future resistant solution and a sanitizing for $200. The equipment was old and they used my water. He wasnt at my house for 45 mins before he was done. I told him that the rug didnt look clean and he said it just needed to dry. When it dried it was still dirty! I called the manage who said he would come back out because I paid too much. He never showed up and had the same guy who cleaned the rug call me. I told him all of the issues and they stop taking my calls. When I pulled my rug up, my wood floor was ruined!! Now Im out of $200 and will have to get my floors repaired!

I had this company out to clean carpets. Do NOT use them. Total bait and switch. They used my hot water and electric. Told me that a basic cleaning did not include what their website said it did. I have tried to call numerous times. It sends me to the service manager if I call from my phone. Called from work and got a person in the office. Seems that once they do the crappy service, they log your number and it goes to said manager. He finally called me back after 14 calls. He was condescending and so rude. After he said what he wanted to , he hung up the moment I started talking. I have emailed as well with no response. My carpet is soaking wet after 24 hours. I used my cleaner to extract water that was dirty still. This company is the worst I have ever seen. They have you pay upfront, so Please beware

I recommend no one to get their carpet cleaned from We Clean Carpet, equipment is very old, dirty and out dated plus they are rude and unprofessional. I was sent an email for an 60% off my total price for **************************** day on January 17th 2023 my debit card was over charged the next day on January 17th 2023 at the beginning of the day approximately at 9am I contacted the service manager to try to get a price adjustment then my call was forwarded straight to the managers voicemail when he finally called back hours later the manager would not give me his name but told me what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone ASAP which he told me he would have the guy who came out to clean the carpet to call me right back to settle the price adjustment which the guy never called or the manager didnt follow up with me to see if the guy did so. Today is January 20th 2023 which is 3 days later and once again I called the manager back again first thing in the morning at 9am the manager finally called back a little after 5 hours later with a complete attitude and was very rude. I asked the manager why havent he been responding to my calls and voicemails in regards of my price adjustment he ended up getting so frustrated with my tone of voice and called me a n***** I believe the service manager at We Clean Carpet is a racist and was very unprofessional I was a valued customer at ******************** for over 4 years but at this point theyll never see a dime of my money.

Total bait and switch company. Equipment substandard and filthy. Worker wanted to roll this equipment into my newly remodeled kitchen and hook up to the kitchen sink. Very rude including the manager. I paid in advance and now no one returns calls or issue refund on work never completed. Bank will stand by me I hope

Be careful of this guys!!! They over charged my credit card for the service and never refunded me my money Manager was very unprofessional call there own customer thief and they came out on my property before their promised time . Just because technician was done with his other job. He showed up early at my place. When he was asked to come on time frame given. Super bad service. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
