This will be 1 star because zero isn't accepted. 3 patients have left because they've already been waiting for a minimum of 2 hours. 2 others are squirming because they only need to pee in a cup. I can see from the waiting room that the ****** drug testing machine is not in use, however, the staff is content to stay idle. I only need someone to confirm I am negative for TB, a process which takes seconds but I've already been waiting for an hour. I've run blood drives, I've worked in the medical field for years, I would never allow such apathy from my staff. 6 of the 8 patients in the waiting room could be taken care of in less than 30 minutes. This is not how you run a business or show respect for people's time. The clearly unhelpful woman at the desk just sent a sick child to another family. *** is wrong with this place! Service was decent but I got billed 18 months after a date of service. I went to ************ representative to help me pull finds from my 2023 card and they found a billing discrepancy. Opoc tried contacting them to fix the error and for a few months were denied help. They legally had permission to help me i filed all appropriate paperwork. They were pushed off and i ended up paying out of pocket to avoid collection. They are impossible to contact and change bills to higher amounts after billing insurance. Opoc my insurance helper was amazing but physicians I feel is ripping people off and refuses to help when they miss billing insurance, they bill 18 months later and add money to the bill after it's billed to insurance. Plus noone will talk to you or help whem they make mistakes.Physicians Immediate Care Corporate Headquarters Response

At the *********, IL location I waited two hours for the ** to do a TB read. When she finally came in it took her LITERALLY three seconds to look at my arm, determine it was negative for TB, then sign off on it. I could have been squeezed in between patients. This business is terrible, and the fact that they are in the healthcare field and allowed to operate like is a disgrace. I have been trying to contact the physical location that I visited and the billing department by phone and havent been able to get through. I also sent an email a week ago to this location and havent gotten a response. I have tried to speak to someone on the chat on their website, and its only a useless AI bot that can only give you numbers to call, then when I called them, Ive waited on these lines with the message Please continue to hold, your call will be answered within the next 5 minutes for at least half an hour. This is an awful company that will not tell you the truth. The corporate office number does not work conveniently. They say they do not take payments by phone so I called the clinic directly and paid. The account was sent to collections weeks later, which is a whole other mess of an over seas company as well. This company shows no record of the payment that I have a receipt for and they will not cancel the collection. We did not know there was a collection issue until they called. I have gotten the run around about their actual business name and a manager contact. There seems to be only one manager and she is never available nor do I get called back. Horrible service. Incompetent staff. Im a registered nurse. I came into the facility for a simple N-95 mask fit test. The technician ******* filled out the respirator fit test form incorrectly. My document was rejected by my employer. I went back to the facility the next day and rather than filling out a new form; the staff edited the form so it appeared as fraudulent documentation. My per diem shifts were cancelled because of the mistake of the staff at Physician Immediate Care ******************************* It took my employer 3 weeks to receive my medical records. The records department were non-responsive to requests made to send my medical records to my employer. The staff sent my medical records from email addresses and fax numbers that were inconsistent with number listed to represent Physicians **************** My employer called to verify the fax number and the manager told her the fax number was incorrect. You can't count on the *********** facility to be open as scheduled On one occasion, during business hours, we showed up and were told we couldn't be seen because the doctor was leaving. And on the second occasion, we made an appointment for a drug screen and were told the facility wasn't opening for the day because things happen in life. Would have been nice if someone actually called or told us before we showed up for an appointment. I have never dealt with a business with so much arrogance and non professional staff. It has been 5 weeks3 emails and 8 phone calls with no call back for overcharging for my daughters physical. I made appointment for new Lenox location and they called me back saying they dont take insurance. I told them I would pay cash. At day of appointments we signed all forms and before seeing Dr for physical I paid in cash. She said *****. I gave her a 50 and she gave me a dollar back with a paid receipt with 0 dollar balance. A week later I receive a bill for 11 dollars more for already paid services. I have spoken with *****, *****, **************** and ********. All of these customer service employees apparently have no way of calling billing to address the issue. I have emailed proof of receipt and showed the now 5 bills and two text messages I am receiving saying I owe them money however my receipt says paid in full. I was promised by ***** on 3/16/2024 that he emailed his boss and I would hear back in 3 to 5 business days. Today is April 26th and even with my additional 5 phone calls and two more emails I have still not received any information regarding this from anyone with any knowledge in billing department as apparently they dont have a phone number that they can call!!!I just tried to call now again after getting another text message from them saying I owe them money and phone line says to call back in business hours. It is Friday at 10:20. Business hours are M/F 8am to 6 pm. No one is working?As a business owner I am disgusted with the entire customer service or lack of I should say and will be speaking to school board to remove Physicians Immediate Care as our districts go to for physicalsPhysicians Immediate Care Corporate Headquarters Response

I'm an employer that uses Physicians for treatment of our employees. The Aurora location has become extremely unreliable. They don't answer their phones, the referral depart is horrible, called the corporate office and reached people that can't help.
