Police officer *********************** and an employee, *********************** of Nether Realm Studios have decided its a good idea to harass me at home while playing Nether Realms Mortal Kombat game. They are hacking my controls and preventing me from playing the actual game.

They are using deceptive business practices. They advertise omni man in their game in the bottom right corner. You click that and it takes you directly to a store. On that premium store there is an icon that says omni man. Nowhere does it say this is only a voice. You just then spend 10 dollars to buy Krystals. Once those are purchased you can buy what is listed as "omni man" but is only a voice over. Not the character. Nowhere does it say this is a voice only. There is no refund option.

After using their INJ2 mobile game for 4yrs & paying for services here and there, they locked and suspended my acct stating something about violating ToS. *** reached out to verify if this was a mistake as they never provided what violation occurred and when this ToS was provided. Ive been ignored and cannot reach anyone. Being that money was exchanged, the minimum NRS should provided is explicitly where said violation was, when any warning were provided, & and why after building and building through hours and hours weekly, the account was just shut off. No **************** should be allowed to take money from a customer/citizen and then accuse something that feels 100% wrong without an opportunity to understand or be given warnings of whatever these violations may be. Ive never used cheats/hacks/mods of any sort & daily see numerous individuals around the world that do use these. These are the only violations Im aware of that would get an account suspended. This would make sense since its stealing from the company and commuted fraud in essence but thats not my situation. So I need this reviewed and the company to explain why they would ban an account ***** ***** without warning or explanation. It could be a mistake, could be a foreign representative trying to hurt players and no accountability being provided. Its silly I have only this option ad a paying customer of years but here we are.

I paid 260+ for the Kollectors Edition of Mortal Kombat 1. many many others did the same thing, either paying 60-267$ depending on version, over 400+ people have been having online connectivity issues, not allowing players to get onto servers and play against each other. Nether Realm and WB Games have not given any information for the almost 3 months the game has been out about coming to a fix on this problem, and left much of us in the dark. Id love an explaination from them considering theyve done about 4 or 5 updates since the game came out. I feel they got their money and want to take their sweet time before trying tor address the problem, seeing as (from multiple commenters) WBGames has been ignoring other customers about this problem.

On 8/5/2023 I purchased mortal Kombat 11 ultimate edition bundled with another game for **** after downloading the game and attempting to play it, I realized that I could not earn rewards in the form of in-game, currency or experience which prevents you from unlocking a majority of content within the game, which is a majority of the game itself. I contacted neither I'm studios and their parent company ****** Brothers and neither were able to offer a solution and when directed that this issue is persistent and appears to be a constant issue within the community. As seen in reddit posts nothing has changed. This prevents me an individual from being able to play the game while others and do enjoy the same game and all the benefits that that includes while the company is able to still **** it and advertise this as a game that is fully included for the price of $****. while for me it is less than 50% of the game and I'm unable to complete or to even a certain degree play with my friends. This is an unacceptable reason and when prompted by their support staff was basically told " we will include this information and possible future updates" however, this game is several years old and the newest mortal Kombat is about to come out, meaning that this game will have likely no updates as well as the months and even years it can take to produce a video game update. This was for the Xbox series x console with the gamertag DRG ephemera attached his proof that I played the game but have not leveled up or gathered anything more than 500 starting coins. My goal is to just be able to play the game completely that I paid for.

I play one of nether realms mobile games (Injustice 2), in the game there is an offerwall where you purchase products (in this case olay) in return you receive an in game currency reward via tapjoy. I purchased 2 offers from said offerwall in return for ******* gems. The combined total of the two offers was 323.95$. Upon purchasing you are told that it could take ***** hrs to receive your reward its now been over 72 hours and they will not give said reward. Ive emailed tapjoy and nether realm both trying to come to a conclusion, and no avail.
