On April 3rd, 2021, I called the mail center and spoke with a a gentleman to inform him that I was sending someone in my place to pick up my mail. I had been sick with COVID, and hand not been able to work in weeks. At 3:35pm, approximately 30 minutes after my warning call, my designated carrier was told by female carrier that they were not able to pick up my mail due to non- payment. First, Whoever knowingly and willfully obstructs or retards the passage of the mail, or any carrier or conveyance carrying the mail, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.(June 25, ****, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 778; Pub. L. ******, title XXXIII, 330016(1)(B), Sept. 13, ****, 108 Stat. ****.) Secondly, My personal finances were made public without my knowledge or permission to someone who was not authorized to have that information.Business response
