On July 6th I hired Eileen O`hair as a photographer for an engagement photo shoot. The photo shoot was supposed to occur on July 18th. From the begging I made it very clear that I would like the photo shoot to be on North Beach, ******* since you can see the beuatiful skyline from there. I confirmed the day before time and location and the day off. On the day off Eileen said that I the locations isn't great and that we should take photos elsewhere because she wont feel safe there.I explained to her that I understand her concerns but I was firm on the location from the beginning. Furthermore she refused to shoot there nor give me my deposit back. Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention.
This is not how I expect my clients act in a situation like this. I apologize with Ewa for the confusion. As a business I want to make sure I am totally honest and transparent and I did. I know she got mad because of the money that was a non refund fee. But she also need to understand the reasons. And for her space and time for the photoshoot I refuse other clients and is a valuable time I took for her but she refused to changed the location after I explain that wasn't the agreement. I attached all my proof. I never said not as an answer to her. I explain why I don't do photoshoot at that location. When we talked before she mention North Beach, but later I said I know a beach next to ********* where I'm going to do a wedding and have a good view. And she said yes, is beautiful around there and later she start talking about a place where she had a photoshoot four years ago ****************************************, and she like that place to do it again. She ask for a time for the photoshoot after that and I assume that was the place she wants. I said to her for do the photoshoot she need to paid $50 for reservation that is a non refund amount. All photographers and other vendors in ******* ask for a different specific amount that is non refundable to reserve an space, and also be a secure time for the job. She agree and did it. On Monday July 18, the photoshoot day I send a message asking for a meeting place and she said North beach, 5pm at the restroom. I ask why, and she got mad inmediatley because I told that wasn't the agreement for place. She inmediately ask for the money and of course I said Not. I said we suppose to do it and **************************************** and she said not was North Beach. I said sorry but I can't do it over there that place was dangeroud for me because I got robbed before there. She treat me and said she will post bad things about my business in all social media. She insult me with bad works when I explain my reasons and I told don't do it. She went to all ******** and post my name and business name as a scam and fraud. Later her friend did too and said my pictures wasn't mine and I post somebody else job that I know are delicate allegations. I talked to my lawyer about and she said try to find an agreement with Ewa but she never answer back. She hurt my business with falses opinions and I think she need to think twice about what she did. I know was a confused in this situation but who really was hurt here was my business.

the facts and check attachments;I'm sorry to say that but her reply makes no sense at all.
Please read the email and get all the facts;
1) I have no clue what she disputed - i sent her only one payment through Zelle $50 charge as a deposit of a photo shoot. Money was never paid back to me.
2) the location of the photo shoot was always the North Beach.
3) The screen shoots that she presented to you are taken out of context. She said she will
be working in the Olive park on the wedding and I sad great- I had a photo shoot there few years ago for my wedding gowns. I am a real estate broker and a designer.
4) when you look at the screen shots you will see that I always said North Beach and she confirmed the location few times.
5) she confirmed the location the day before. On the day of the photo shoot she demanded me changing the location as she doesn't feel safe. No phototgrapher should force a client to change their choice of location of their engagement photo shoot. Since I wanted to understand her concerns I said let's cancel I will look for someone else. Again, the clients chooses the location - not photographer.
6) pricing. I got a lot of quotes and she agreed to the price. I didn't force her to do the job.
7) lastly, after she made a very unpleasant post on me that was posted on 4-5 groups. I replied back and made my own post sharing all the screen shots with everyone. Some photographers did research and saw that she wasn't even posting her own work on her website and social media pages. I will share screen shots from that.

I already refund the $50 down payment on the original form through Zelle. She received and accepted. I attached the proofts.
