no call no show on mutually agreed date did not show up to 2nd agreed date, however workers did.plaintiff came home to water spilling out o damaged brand new copper piping flooding basement and furniture hardwood floors damaged extensively beyond repair furniture and belongings damaged brand new drywall and paint damaged on every single wall in kitchen Negligence on workers for leaving water running and left the scene plaintiff attempted to mitigate situation numerous times through settling between the two.plaintiff requested insurance numerous times however defendant denied request plaintiff hired translator to ensure language barrier is gapped and comprehension is met plaintiff Missed work 2 days plaintiff Quality of livelihood (had to sleep at work on air mattress at work)plaintiff Reimbursed for time spent on this entire ordeal, plus to file suit.plaintiff Timeline for project completion postponed 3 weeks plaintiff Missed overtime opportunity on Saturday to meet with new floor company Negligence on workers for leaving water running and left the scene
