I ordered pizza from the ************, ***************** location on July 12th,2022 for the amount of $16.11 and requested no contact delivery as I just got my covid booster on the same day. I also left instructions on my order to "knock and leave outside door". ****, the delivery driver knocked on my door until I answered and then placed his cell phone in my face demanding a tip before even taking my order out of the bag. I did not know if my order was correct, or even if I had all my items. Also, he completely ignored or did not bother to read my "no contact" request. I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty, and she decided to be dishonest and attempt to deceive me by claiming that neither my no contact request nor my delivery instructions came through on their end since I ordered online. I decided to have a look at my receipt which clearly shows my delivery instructions "knock and leave outside door". Extremely poor business practice during the age of *****, and I would expect better from someone that handles food. The driver was not wearing a mask, so this person put me at risk, and then to have the manager lie in order to protect him is disgusting.I have uploaded a portion of the receipt showing that my delivery instructions did come through.Business response

The district refunded the $16.11 and gave a $25 credit. We apologize as it was a new driver.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I was never told about a $25 credit. I just logged into my account and do not see this credit. How do I access this $25 credit? Logging into Marco's pizza online does not show any credit. I was actually told the delivery driver named **** was a rehire not a new hire if we want to be honest here. I will be happy to accept this and close out this dispute once the $25 credit is confirmed. Is this a code I need or how does this work?
Sincerely,
