      They are a seller of industrial machine parts. They advertised a part I purchased it and received parts that did not match description of the parts sold. Upon return the shipper, ****** miss placed and or lost one part of the four part package. Seller now says they will not give me any refund at all. refund amount is to be $700. They are responsible for filing a claim as they are the ones who issued the return shipping slip per ***** guidelines. Seller has declined any resolution to this issue through good faith on my own part of trying to resolve issue. I returned their product and they are refusing to repay the monies paid.

      The buyer purchased the item off of **** from us on 7/24/22. They claimed there was an issue and they ordered the wrong item. Either way we offer free returns on **** so we provided the buyer a ***** prepaid label rated at 65 lbs. From the looks of the pictures the buyer sent, they did not package the item and shipped the items loose? Without putting the items in a package how can he use one label to ship 4 items from this kit he ordered?  We received one item back but not in resalable condition as the item was damaged and chipped at by not being boxed. We contacted **** and advised them that we only received one item back and this is a kit of 4 that the buyer purchased. **** agreed that per there terms the items were not sent back on time and in the original condition that was shipped to the customer and as a result they closed the case out in our favor.  A few days later 2 more wheels showed up but they were in worse condition as the first one. Since the kit was incomplete and the tires were not up to sell able condition we had to toss the items out. At the end of the day we never received back the the complete kit as well as the items in a condition that we could sell them in. When the buyer purchased the item we shipped it on time to them, when they complained and wanted to return the item, we gave them a prepaid label. We are only able to do as much as we can when this is in our control. It was the buyers responsibility to pack the items and send them back to us, per ***** the package was delivered as the label was put on one tire and that one made it to us. We have a good report on **** and have been selling on it since ****. We have a history of crediting back items on **** when the item is returned properly we are a large volume seller and have a standard that is required of us. We did not receive the items we sold and so we cannot credit back something we did not get back.
