1/4/2023 entered an agreement for a layaway for washer and dryer. The washer and dryer set is $625. I gave Kenny Logan $150 via card on 1/4/23. Agreement stated I had 45 days to pay it off or they could keep the payment. I found a cheaper set elsewhere and requested a partial payment back for the layaway. The Seller Kenny Logan never stated no money could be returned for layaway. He told me he was not going to give me any money back and I advised Kenny that I would involve a lawyer. He hung up the phone and called back and stated " I would have given you a portion back but since you mentioned a lawyer I'm not giving you a dime back and slammed the phone in my face.Business response

The down payment was paid by card, by the complainants mother. When the complainant came in to get a refund, she was denied. When the mother came in to get the refund, she was given the deposit back.
