Good morning Sir or Ma'am,My complaint regards an order I placed from Crystal House (CHAZERLY DESIGNS, ***** (https://crystalhouse.us/) on 12 December 2021, approximately 120 days ago.-I purchased one Vista Alegre Gemstone Whiskey Decanter with Gold for $295.00 and one Vista Alegre Gemstone Old Fashion (Pair) whiskey glasses for $95.00, minus a military discount (-$35.00) for a subtotal of $351.00 -Initially, the vendor contacted me (*****************************) via phone call to inform me they'd priced the items incorrectly on their website, and asked if I would be willing to pay an additional $130 due to their error. I declined as their mistake was their error and paying them more money did not benefit me as a customer/consumer, my order had already been placed, and my card had been charged with an electronic transaction/agreement already made for the set price. He agreed and indicated they would fulfill their obligation of the purchase.-Over the course of 120 days, I've requested updates/communicated with the business, and received my whiskey glasses on 10 March (almost 90 days after my order was placed); however, I have still not received my decanter.-The vendor committed to sending me the items I ordered in a timely manner, and has responded to my communication, but throughout the period I have had to initiate contact with the vendor due to their failure to keep me informed at all; initially the vendor claimed items were not in stock, then when the whiskey glasses above were and ordered, a shipping label was created but the order did not ship/arrive until approximately two months afterward.-To date, the last email/update I received was 13 February 2022 (pursuant to me initiating contact 9 February), in which the vendor apologized and informed me they had no additional information on stock for the decanter. I've since emailed and called ************** today, and spoke to ***, who indicated he would attempt to fulfill the order Wednesday. I would like my item.
