Went through Drive thru window and gave order and the person taking my order was not nice,not professional, and came off as rude.When I pulled to window to to pay asked to speak with the manager because of this, a young guy came back to the window and said he was the manager and I proceeded to explain what happened in which the manager chose not to address the issue but asked me to pay and if I needed a receipt in which I paid but was upset the issue had not been taken care of and I asked for the district managers phone number and he replied that they don't have a district manager and he walked away.Pulling up to the next window upset I told the girl trying to give my order what had happened and that I wanted to get a refund the girl told me to hold on and the young manager was back telling me he could not give me a refund just because I was unhappy with the service and that it was their policy so I proceeded to ask him to put himself in my shoes and if he had gone to a restaurant and the staff was rude and he said people are rude to him all the time but he found it hard to believe that his friend at the window was rude and unprofessional at that point I drove off without getting my food and without them giving me a refund.....this is a private franchise I was told by their corporate office and they took my complaint and would forward it to the owners but a week later and I have not heard from anyone.
