I bought my 2019 Hyundai brand new in August of 2019, I currently have ****** miles on it, My vehicle has been consuming excessive amounts of oil, Hyundai corp. has approved a engine replacement on 12/28/23, I was given an appointment to bring my car in for repair on 1/08/24 with the promise of a loaner vehicle will be provided by the dealership, When I went in on 1/08/24, ****** informed me that there is no loaner vehicle available, check back on 1/10/24 and he will make sure I get a loaner so they can repair my car, I have to go to dealership every 300 miles to have oil refill do to the oil consumption,Business response

This customer has received a new engine which was completed under the manufacturer warranty at no charge.
