I was a student at Celebrity for 4 years. Last August I came to the realization I needed a new teacher to help me get to the next level. ***, the owner, was supportive of my exploring elsewhere and said I could always come back if things didn't work out. I found a studio that fit my needs better and requested a refund from Celebrity. ******** ****** daughter), the office manager, informed me in writing that I had 53 ******s left and a refund of $4,246 would be sent to me in a couple of installment payments as early as December 4th. Up to this date, I haven't received any payments from Celebrity other than $455 that was a partial refund from a coaching package I bought but never used (not part of the ****** refund). They have stopped communication with me. I need your help with getting the refund from Celebrity. Thank you very much!
