The service and health care at *****, is terrible since they changed from Du-page Medical, No one cares, the doctors treat the patients as an inconvenience the front office is rude and unappreciative, and basically they seem top have a Monopley attitude in the ********** area. I wait a 45min to an hour for my appointment,that is if I am on time which is 15 min early. every time and then the doctor complains how busy he is, I DO NOT CARE,. Fraudulent billing for wellness visits. I question the ethics of DULYS billing. For two years in a row, my husband has gone in for his wellness exam and was charged for an additional office visit at the same time. He has not received any additional services for an office visit but is told by DULY that " he brought up stuff outside the scope of the regular wellness exam" In 2023 DULY would not work with us to correct the billing. We paid the bill and thought it would be an isolated unfortunate event. Now, after his 2024 Wellness visit ( and him being very careful to not bring up things out "of the scope of wellness visits") he was billed the exact same way for an additional charge of an office visit. They again provided no services outside the wellness visit. They again did not work with us to resolve the issue. They threatened us with collections. It is disheartening to receive this kind of service from a Heatlhcare provider. As long term "patients" and as a family of 5 we have decided we can not expect ethical service from DULY anymore. It seems they have physicians, billing practices and customer service practices that are focused on REVENUE GENERATING and I consider their practice of double billing FRAUDULENT. We are working with a mediator through the IL ************************ to see that this double billing practice is investigated. I care deeply about paying my bills, and paying professionals for the services provided is a value of mine, but I will not be paying DULY for charges that are fraudulent and not reflective of services provided .Review from Danita P

I was scheduled for surgery for *************. But by me being plus size they only do once a month so I had wait a month and half for surgery. The day before I get a call time instructions on where to go. Then 10 minute later I receive voice message insurance did not approve. Ive been trying to get this cared for. No response from doctor office at all. Insurance claims No one reached out to them. This is the third time *** had trouble with this company. They dont care about their patients at all.Review from Janice L

While our Allergist, Dr. ********** is helpful, we beyond frustrated with Duly's scheduling and billing system. My 13 year old son is going through immunotherapy which requires shots weekly for about 6 to 10 months. During the first 12 weeks, they have cancelled his appointment every 2-3 weeks due to shortage of staff. Additionally, when we are rescheduled, there are no appointments available within 14 days of the prior shot. This means his dose has to be repeated and wasted. This is a complete waste of medical insurance. Given the other reviews, I feel this is a ploy to have my son repeat a dose so they can bill medical insurance the twice for the same dose. Now, we feel we are held hostage since we already started this program. This approach is bordering on negligence and extortion. Wish I had done my research in advance. I will be sharing our experience on reviews like this so that others can avoid this painful experience.Review from Dave J

DO NOT GO HERE. I think I figured out why they say they changed their name. They are horrible. My primary left, because they are so bad. They replaced him with another doctor, who wasn't great, but it was an easy transition, she left in about 6 months and nobody said anything. They treat you like you are a Duly health customer when it comes to appointments and making money, however when your primary leaves nobody will sign off on your perscriptions. You have to wait 3 months to see another doctor and get them filled, even when your not supposed to go a day without them. To top it off, when you call any line to any facility or doctors office, they send you to ***** to speak with "nurses" that don't speak English and it's always 72 hours to have anybody call you back. Seriously, just call one of their offices before you try and go here. There is a reason doctors leave here so frequently. Meanwhile, every time a new doctor comes in, you conveniently have to do a new office visit. 3 in 12 months, just so they would sign off on my perscriptions. Probably insurance fraud going on there as well. Investigate them AG, please!!!Review from Michael M

Had hernia surgery on a Wednesday, which resulted in zero use of my left leg for 5-6hrs. Monday I was still in tons of pain so I called Duly ********************** office. They first accused me of lying then treated me like a drug addict. After 7 yrs of major medical problems I have NEV** been addicted to anything. **** didn't care about that either. I was told to go to the ** even though pain after surgery isn't an emergency. To say they **** would be a compliment.Review from Ranvesha B

My niece went here for a preventive checkup. During the visit, the doctor asked some general health questions, and my niece mentioned experiencing hair loss.The problem is, we were billed for both the preventive visit and a separate regular visit for the same appointment, totaling $351. We contacted the doctor's ****** to understand why we were charged for a regular visit when we came in for preventive care. Initially, they said they'd get back to us within the hour, then extended it to a week. Unfortunately, our calls haven't been returned, and the billing department claims it's out of their hands and could go to collections.This situation feels unfair and potentially deceptive. We believe the doctor's questioning went beyond the scope of a preventive visit, leading to the extra charge.Very Very bad experience. Will never go there again.Review from Willie W

Duly Healthcare is consistently trying to extort money from me on their Mychart site. They have setup a proxy collection agency to collect money from me for a past bill that has nothing to do with me. Now that's inflation and extortion! Currently, they attach every copay and insurance bill to this unknown bill/extortion payment to collect additional funds! They are currently denying my insulin prescription for nonsensical reasons. DuPage Medical was great until Duly Healthcare took over. Now, the customer service and ********************** experience is awful! I recently I had an MRI scheduled. My insurance company approved it and provided an "estimate" of $600 to possibly be my portion. Upon arrival, the receptionist told me I needed me to pay $600. I told her I'd like to wait until it is actually run through the insurance as I most likely won't owe that much since I'd had recent appointments elsewhere which would apply to my deductible. She said, "I'm sorry but you'll need to pay $600." "So, I cannot have my MRI's today if I don't pay something toward the "estimated" amount due of $600?" Her reply was, "That is correct." I was forced to pay something that *** very well be an over-payment so as to have a necessary medical procedure done.**** professes to be compassionate and professional and this experience was anything but that. Unfortunately, ever since DuPage Medical changed over to Duly, the customer service has been awful. I love my Dr but this is becoming very challenging. Billing is incorrect on My Chart, (a rep told me over the phone today that there are glitches so what's showing is wrong but to trust him, I owed less than it showed- what!?) trying to get through to your doctor's ****** is a long and arduous process, representatives you speak with are in need of a great deal more training, and now this incident. It appears their top priority is money and patient care comes second- I'm referring to their executives, not the doctors, techs or nurses! They continue to provide compassionate care.
