A few years ago I had extensive drain tile work done inside and out. I was satisfied with the work performed, which was very expensive, and their customer service. I recently moved and cannot reach anyone at Everdry to transfer the warranty to the new homeowners. Has Everdry Chicago located in Downers Grove gone out of business? I would like answers!

We had our basement done because of water coming in from under floor and baseboards. Through the work card the estimator wrote one of the special instructions - "Active mold, and homeowner has asthma". The work was done in March of 2023. The procedures that were steps for waterproofing. Part of contract - Open floors to do outside walls. Floor opened with jackhammer. the jackhammered areas have now cracked and crumbled with large pieces of cement. You can see the gravel placed over the drain tile. The crack and crumbling is so intense that where the wall and floor were cemented together, it no longer exists. The wall is no longer attached to floor. Part of contract - Drill weep holes at foot level. No evidence of weep holes, Part of Contract - Replace concrete floor where opened. As stated, concrete cracked and crumbled. This is in little over a year's time, of course purchased yearly warranty. when it rains, water is coming in profusely. Cannot reach anyone to fix problems. After intense frustrating search, I called so many numbers trying to reach support for these problems. Finally found number for ************ called continuously, When someone finally called me back, I was told because of dissolved franchise, it might take up to a year to find another contractor for franchise. This is TOTALLY unacceptable, especially for health conditions.

We had our basement done, at first they seemed great. Our sump pump was messing up they came out np. But now our basement is leaking growing mold on our walls. I have called them for months. At first they told me they were backed up and would definitely get back to us. Nothing I have called and gotten nothing. Now the number doesn't even work. And we pay $95 dollars a year service fee. Worst company ever. If I could give them no stars I would. 20 grand, moldy walls and a forever guaranteed service who's number now doesn't work? What do we do now? Pay for service that clearly has alot of problems for a guaranteed dry basement.

When we had a recurring issue with water in our basement, Everdry came out to give us a free consultation and offer us options to remediate. They sold us on their patented waterproofing system, and it feels like we were overcharged and provided with shoddy work that was completed too quickly. Since they completed installation, they 1.) Left our home an absolute mess with mud everywhere. 2.) The areas where they replaced concrete are not level with the rest of the basement floor. 3.) We still have water entering our basement from one side of our home when it rains heavily. 4.) We are told via phone that someone will get back to us to schedule an additional service (because now our home needs to be serviced again due to the ongoing problem), and no one calls back. 5.) We try to contact Everdry recently via phone on four occasions over the span of about a month, and phone numbers listed on their websites are out of service. When we do finally find a number to call, we reach a third party call center, and still never receive a call back regarding our warranty. I unfortunately cannot recommend this company ot their work to family, friends, or general public.
