I placed 1 year old stairlift with ADA Total Access on consignment. They could not sell it. So they refund a different chairlift (not my property) then intimidated me on several ocasions! to take on that was not mine!
I am afraid of them as they seem very disrespectful and agressive to me. ****** *told me on speaker phone with 3 passengers listening he was putting my stair lift outside by fence

Unfortunately Mrs ******* refuses to pick up her stair lift that has been Identified by serial numbers. I have been in business for about 25 years +, serving the community of people that are disabled and aging. If I was in the habit of being a shyster or s---wing people as Mrs. ******* has expressed in not so nice terms I don't believe I would be blessed the way I am.
I turned this over to my Attorney after her accusatory and vulgar language. A letter was sent requesting her to pick up her lift but she still has not responded. I unfortunately can't control her actions. She can still come get her lift but if there is no action on it I will assume its abandon.
