This is the worst real estate company I have ever dealt with. ********************* listed my house in ************ and as soon as I signed the paperwork, he told me he will be busy the next 4-6 weekends so he wouldn't be able to show the home. He kept pushing me to sign a contract for deed and I kept telling him NO. Anytime I would have someone wanting to look at the house he said he was unavailable, and he had no one on his team available. Because of this I told him to remove the listing, and I didn't want him selling my home. He ignored my calls and emails, I finally called from a different number and by no surprise to me, he answered. On 9/18 he informed me he cannot remove my listing on *********************************** can. I called ********* on 9/19, her last name fits her perfectly because it is literally like ringing the bell to h*** whenever you call her because she is rude, uncivil, disrespectful and just plan ignorant. She berated me over the phone when I asked to cancel, even after I informed her of her team's incompetents. She stated " she didn't care, she won't do anything until our contract is up in November. DONT list your home with them, they're prejudice, racist and disrespectful. Immediately after this I am calling the ***************** Hotline.
