It was a great service; driver **** was punctual, communicative, and polite. Item arrived well-travelled. The communication, service, and general customer care were excellent. The movers were on time, friendly, and polite. I would recommend this company.

We hired them to move us from ******* to out of state. The entire experience wasn't awful. To start no one showed up the morning of the move. The driver then calls to say he can't make it. He eventually shows up around 1pm with a "borrowed" crew. They stopped working at 5 which resulted in us delaying our flights that night. They eventually finished the next afternoon. We also paid extra to have certain items packed and unpacked such as our treadmill. Also in case something didn't go well we also paid for insurance. When their technician unpacked our treadmill he submitted in writing to us and Hollander that it wasn't working property. We filed an insurance claim as requested. They sent a completely unqualified technician who looked at the treadmill and left without saying a word. Three weeks later we hear back that they aren't going to repair or replace the treadmill. The whole paying extra to have it packed and unpacked as well as the insurance process seems like a total scam. Based upon the entire experience we couldn't be more disappointed.Review from Virgil G

Quick and helpful. Booked the wrong moving date, but they helped me correct it pretty quickly even though it was coming up in less than 24 hrs. Very friendly and helpful movers. Abysmal service after booking the move and receiving payment.Hollander lost track of our shipment for several days. It was unable to tell us where it was and when it would arrive.It finally arrived three days late.Now we *********************** has not responded to requests for how to secure compensation for late delivery that was promised by Hollander.I cannot believe that this is a logistics company.Hollander International Storage & Moving Company Inc. This was customer was delivered late, because the truck broke down twice over the weekend. He was paid $100 per day for 3 days. Customer was called and notified of the initial breakdown, but could not find the information on the online portal. The truck broke down again on Sunday and shipper was not notified until Monday. Shipment was never missing. Was to get delivery on Monday, Shipment delivered on Thursday into his mini storage.
