I placed an order for polymer ***** to be delivered to my condo. The package was marked as delivered on November 11th by **** but the package was not delivered. It was not at any of the entrances, either of the mail rooms, my front door, etc. I contacted them through their support email on November 17th to notify them I did not receive my order. They replied on the 21st and said the package was delivered on November 11th, and said "May we have you check the tracking." The package was shipped via *** Surepost, meaning when you look it up on *** it tells you you need to check the tracking on ***** but when you check **** it says the tracking number is invalid. The "Proof of delivery" page yields no results. They replied with a screenshot of the same *** page I said I had looked at already, and after some more back and forth they said "We ask that any orders that are not found be disputed with your credit card company, this is our company policy." The seller is responsible for the package containing their product until it gets to the purchaser, so this company policy is problematic as a standalone. I was never offered a replacement or a refund and the customer service was abysmal.Initial Complaint

Order ********* On 12/29, I ordered 48 bars of **** from Sculpey/Polyform online.Order shipped 12/30.Box received 1/5 with only 11 bars of ****. There is damage to the bottom of the box and a lot of extra tape keeping it closed.I emailed Polyform on 1/5 and let them know the problem and asked if there was a second box coming perhaps.I followed up 1/9.1/10 they replied and said they'd look into it.1/10 a second email says they sent me my full order.1/10 I sent photos of the damage and pics of what I received 1/12 I followed up 1/13 I followed up 1/13 they responded and said they'd refund half of what is missing because there is no proof I did not receive my order.
