I lost my child and have had 3 back surgeries and have attempted at least 7 times to get my money back that they charged my **** for. I have been lied to numerous times. Theres too much to write and Im very emotional and exhausted. Im 2 weeks out past my 3rd back surgery in 1.5 yrs. If you want more information please contact **** want a refund of the **************************************************************** they continued!! I have no reserves to deal With these people anymore! Ive contacted corporate office as well. My number is *************Initial Complaint

My wife and I signed up for a membership which allowed us to have a massage once a month at a discounted price of 65$ as opposed to the regular price of $110.00 . The problem is that we can not get any available times for massages. The usual wait has been 6- 8 weeks. At the present time I have 8 unused massages and my wife has 4 and yet we still are unable to get appointments . I have been trying unsuccessfully for several months to try and cancel both of our memberships with no results. The manager has not returned any of my phone calls. I have been to the office in person several times and the manager has never been there and the receptionist said she had no authority to do anything without manager approval. As of this date I still have not received any communication from the manager and I am still being charged monthly for services I am not using. I want my membership cancelled and refunded my unused massages.
