  December 2021 I hired this company to do a small concrete sidewalk and steps . We agreed to a total price of $3400, being paid in 3 equal payments at the start, midway, and completion of the job. I paid them a down payment of 1132.00. This company came to my home and started measuring out the area to be concreted, which did not match what I had wanted so I cancelled the job. The owner was very nice and said no problem I will send you a refund of your down payment and left. I have spent the past 2 months calling and trying to get the promised refund I never received.

  This Company reached out to me directly and offered me a $700.00 refund. I find that satisfactory and would like to close this complaint.

  The owner of this company agreed to give me a $700.00 refund, which he failed to provide the refund as promised. I have left numerous voicemails, but he never replied. I am a 80 year old senior on a fixed income. I never thought I would be taken advantage of this way.
